Very clean and landscaped outside. The lobby was clean and snack room was stocked with many options. The rooms were neatly laid out, the beds were super comfortable, pillows were wonderful, the shower was excellent. Coffee stocked, bathroom had very nice shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/lotion products. Clean appliances and carpet. Breakfast was hearty and filling! Great AC!

Check out at 11am, only because I wasn’t feeling that well after traveling.

Hotel is a bit off the road, very quiet surroundings. Couple of steps to the city promenade along the creek - our morning and evening walks (20 min round trip, pleasant views, restaurants area right at your steps). Elevator plus luggage cart (we needed it!), beds comfortable, fridge and microwave in the room were appreciated, as well as fan (not listed in room amenities in online description, they do have it). Breakfast very basic, scrambled eggs plus a cutlet, barely warm. Very clean. Pets are welcome - we loved staying there with our little chihuahua dog. Plenty of parking space.

For breakfast, you could rather buy and warm up your own in the microwave in the room than have hotel's one (which is basic-basic and a bit warm, not hot). Price may seem a bit on the expensive side, but hotel is very decent and probably the best one in the city (historically, it was the best and still has a "presidential suite" among its premises as well as a banquet hall and a fitness room with training apparatuses).

The hotel sign is hidden by the trees. They block the view of the sign. I arrived at night by a little past the hotel. Because the sign was hidden. The trees need to trim it. Other things I don't like it was,our toilet was ugly dirty on the floor base. But...everything else is a very nice and beautiful hotel. When I come back again, I want to stay there.

Our room door did not close properly and we could see the hallway lights through the crack of the door. Small beetle was crawling on the bed (confirmed it WASNT a bedbug), sheets had small stains. We checked in Friday with no issues, came back Saturday afternoon after softball and our room key didn’t work anymore so my husband had to go back downstairs to get it fixed.

The hotel was very nice. The worker on site as well. We were on the 3rd floor and we loved it--the high ceilings, the recessed lighting, the mix of carpet and tile. It was a great stay.

The bed was a little on the hard side, but not bad. The pillows were also a bit hard. Usually a Comfort Inn has a mix of soft and hard pillows. But it wasn't anything too bothersome.

Convenient to activity we were going to. Comfortable bed, clean room, great water pressure in shower, good breakfast, except bacon would have been nice. Friendly staff.

The cell phone plugs and regular plugs above night stands did not work. Also, every few minutes the tv would make a computer sound with reference to phone connection, but we couldn’t figure out how to make it stop.

Close to Inks Lake State Park. Even though I couldn’t adjust AC, it was really cold.

Everything was old and dirty. Old carpets, have not been shampooed in years. AC unit could not be adjusted. Shower curtain would not stay closed due to shower rod not installed correctly, kept moving. Pool had not been cleaned, maybe due to bad weather night before? All staff had long faces, like not really wanting to be there?

We stayed two nights at the hotel in Burnet, TX so we could attend a friend's wedding. It was clean and comfortable. The king bed was outstanding -- so comfy and supportive. The shower was great, too! The cafe area was nice, and the food was delicious! All the staff were courteous and helpful, but I want especially to commend Anna and Ronda at the reception counter. Both of them were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. We felt like we'd known them for a long time. At check-in, the weather was severe with heavy rain and hail. The computers had gone down, but Ronda checked us in manually and made the process easy. At checkout, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a luggage cart to become available, but Anna and I chatted while she worked, and we had a nice visit. The Hispanic gentleman working in the cafe area was also cordial and helpful. All in all, it was a most pleasant experience!

Nice clean and quiet. Can’t go wrong with a free breakfast.

The beds was hard to sleep on. Woke up a little sore. Even my daughter 11 years old said her back hurt when she woke up. Couldn’t get comfortable to fall asleep for a good 45mins.

Our stay was very good. We have stayed at this location before. We had a very good experience during our stay. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast.

Not enough choices. The waffles were good. Eggs were not tasty.
