The bed was very soft, relative to other hotels I’ve stayed in it is very clean, little run down but fine. I like they have filtered water.

The television is one where you need to register and sign in to watch which is really annoying. There was a mosquito in room that got me a few times which was a first.

Room size great and not too tight, clean bathroom. valet service for all vehicle 😄 location was very great !

bathroom were clean but if you have some leftover food stay overnight some insect will come. the curtain should be cleand up , quite lots of stain. i bring toddler, but the playground currently empty 🙃 staff said the toys were moved for occasion at the ballroom 🥲. breakfast need improvement!

The hotel price in prime location, Spacious room, Great rooftop for swim and catching Sunset/Sunrise, Excellent customer service all the way from check-in, during our stay, until checkout. Prompt to fix and keen to improve when we give feedback. Great work attitudes, always smile and staff always helpful when you need anything. Bedside lights not working (but doesn't affect our stay) Kettle wasn't working properly (Changed with new promptly) Dirty towel (Changed with clean ones with no issues) All had been fixed accordingly The pool bar bit pricey... (We didn't purchase anything, otherwise we would've😅🍜☕🍹🍦🥤)

Love all about the haris

- The lobby is nice. - The breakfast has various option and tastes good. - The bathroom is clean. - The staff is polite. - The location is top. It is also surrounded by good food.

- The bedroom is not quite clean cause the curtain and the carpet I think needs to be changed or washed. - The door room I think needs to be changed cause it looks old.

Not sound proof room, and less car park. Suggestion need someone who handling car park area, especially if we want to reverse car, because that's direct to busy way area. And Hot water, sometime it's turn to cold water need to be fixed

I like the simplicity and the cleaniness of the hotel. It is very strategic and convenient. Will go and stay again.
