The location of the hotel was very nice, right on the beach of Marmara Sea. Hotel has private beach which should be very nice if the hotel would not have build a construction(probably restaurant) on the water, right on the hotel's beach. This ugly and poorly maintained construction is making the beach not so nice, as it would have been without this construction. The restaurant for breakfast was beautiful with very nice design/style. Breakfast was really nice and lots of things to choose from. Staff of hotel was very friendly and nice. Very nice sea view from our hotel rooms. We arrived late around 1 o'clock at night and we got our rooms very quickly

The 2 hotel rooms we had looked quite outdated/old in furniture, painting, bath. Still the mattresses of the beds are new and our sleep was very nice. Also, the sea view was very nice

Lovely breakfast, with so many choices like a 5 star hotel. Very tasty pastries. The access to the beach is great, free sunbeds are provided.

Curtains need to be thicker and bigger, the sun was coming in. This is urgent to change! Also, there is no double bed really but just two matresses joined together. I suggest you buy a mattress to put on top of the beds ( many hotels do that) in order to make them feel like a real double bed.

We had to book a stay for 5pax on the spot as another accommodation cancelled on us. Thankfully this property was available. Didn’t have high hopes as previous reviews weren’t so good but we were pleasantly surprised. I think the place was recently renovated. Had a really great 1 night stay and add-on breakfast (very affordable). Recommend to have the breakfast at the nice restaurant overlooking the sea.

The Gorky hotel is on the first line of the beach. Perfect breakfast

The infrastructure is a little bit out of date. There is WiFi, but no internet.

Location of hotel is about 3km from bus station which can be reached by taxi. Reception was quite nice and helpful with city information and arranging taxi for us when requested .Room with ample size and large attic area was beyond expectation. Sea view is with birds chirping made our stay wonderful.

Excellent view in front of the sea, spacious room, polite staff, extra facilities like coffee, tea, kettle, very good restaurant. Good value for money, no payment in advance.

It's distant from the city centre .The window wasn't well insulated or well fitted to the wall, and because of the rather strong wind, it was very noisy.

Very few tourists ate dinner. We were treated to a lot of different dishes. It was impossible to eat everything.

If you have a light sleep, then arm yourself with earplugs. On weekends, parties are organized on the sea side for local youth

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The location gives you good access to the city, while being on the beach. Food variety was good and delicious. Having the sunbeds and the private beach is a big plus.

Wi-Fi was bad and internet connection dropped constantly. They should improve this. Yet, it was not a big problem for us.

The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious with a great variety. The highlight for me was the seaview room, which offered a breathtaking view. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The breakfast was absolutely sensational. A huge variety of dishes and all with very, very good flavor. Quite possibly the best lentil soup I’ve ever had in my life.
