Staff was really helpful. Comfortable room and good size.

The breakfast was OK - the things that ran out was not replaced quickly so there were lots of waiting time. There were no staff to ask for things. Some of the food, especially eggs, did not look like it was cooked fresh - could see some green bits in the eggs. Limited selection. On our first morning, we went to breakfast around 8.30 and we were told they already run out of cucumbers and cannot refill it! The pastries ran out before 8am so we never had the chance to taste any. So it was very basic, Ok but definitely would not choose the hotel for the breakfast! One day electricity was playing up so we could not get into our room when it was really urgent as the door did not open with a card key and could not take the lift, in the fear of getting stuck!

Very good location close to the center. There is a playground next to the hotel. Breakfast was good but with little choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff speaks Bulgarian.

The hotel does not have its own car park and you have to find space for your car on the streets around it.

The hotel's location is great in the centre near to the pedestrian streets and markets. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clear and spacious. There are parking spots around the hotel, but also there is a paid parking nearby.

Everything was just fine. There is no parking lot, but we parked our car in front of the hotel. Perfect location, good breakfast.

It was a really nice stay. We have booked a standard room, but we stayed in an apartment. It was just perfect. More than we expected.
