Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

The Hotel is not geared up for supporting need of guests food. There is a small restaurant in ground floor. It is more like a typical kaka hotel and not a restaurant matching the stay place. Hygene is tossed and food is prepared more for local laboureres need and not guests who have come with family. Nothing wrong, but expectations are different from the two set of people. So suggest, stay in CYRIL but food to be from some where else The rooms are adequately big and spick and span clean with ac and fans. bathroom is adequately big and well equipped. Stay will be comfortable. Tirupati srinivasa temple is just 850 mtrs away and kanyakumari temple / boat ferry start point to vivekananda rock is just 2.5 kms away peaceful place

NO lift, Reception is in first floor along with rooms and is bit difficult to reach as it is manned by one person who is always missing and restaurant gut should come from ground floor to help. No good restaurant for guests. the ground floor small restaurant opens at 4:30am and closes by 8:30pm with very little variety to eat or drink

Hôtel managers Messiah and Jebin were both very friendly and helpful. That's the biggest plus. The young boys made us feel at home and gave us all useful tips and touristique information. Even the room service man and the restaurant service boy were very polite. Had booked a triple room which was quite spacious. Would give full marks for the cleanliness. Their filter coffee and hot vadi were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean. They provided a morning kit with ayurvedic shampoo, soap... Overall a good stay at the hotel for a reasonable price.

Complimentary breakfast (though food was good, freshly made) was served in their restaurant which is very very small, full of local crowd. So it's a bit awkward to eat there. If the hotel makes arrangements for room service it would be better. Coffee maker in the room missing. But we could order for filter coffee in the room.

A family run hotel with a dedicated staff who is there to help you out concerning any issue. The rooms are top class with brand new comfortable beds, shower and electric installation. The rooms are so clean I've never seen anything like it. Some executive free bee's were also offered. I had a very nice stay in this hotel placed in a hidden area of the town with a rural style surrounding. I also loved the restaurant at the street level. It's more like a snack bar where also lokal people are dropping in (considered being a very good sign). The food and tiffin was fantastic, tasty and subtle, not to forget the spicy health drink made from milk from the familys dairy. Delicious and bold! I'll be back!

All was good & recommended for family also Well and Neat clean rooms with good modern interior. Room services was good and the staffs were easily approachable,very supportive and helpful. Cyril Cafe was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for kanyaakumari trip.

Public transport is less and difficult to travel, But they will arrange for taxi/auto, if needed. Wifi is not working.

Rooms were quite big..location was a bit far from the main market..breakfast was simple

Breakfast could have been better...location can be difficult for many as autos were not so easily available...also first night we couldn't sleep due to a puja in the temple beside the hotel which went on for the entire night with loud sounds and shouting via mic..

Our stay at Hotel Cyril was absolutely perfect! The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The rooms are brand new and so clean. There is plenty of parking space and the Cafe below the hotel has awesome tea/coffee and breakfast food at very affordable prices. Would highly recommend this place.

Rooms are awesome. Excellent ambience inside the room. All amenities are exceptionally good.

No lifts. It would be difficult for guests (especially for senior citizens). The hot water tap is situated away from the normal taps and it becomes difficult to use it. Moreover you can't use the hot water for shower.

Attentive staff; bright and clean room; nice local breakfast; good value

No card payment; no hot water from overhead shower; loud music from nearby temple at 5am one morning; bit out of town but in quite interesting harbour area with a beautiful temple

The room was sufficient for a family of 3 people. It's very near to the tourists places by car. Walking distance to the TTD temple of about 300 metres. Car parking is sufficient, which is otherwise difficult in Kanyakumari at other hotels.

The fish smell from the fishing harbour was difficult for vegetarian like us.
