Nice clean spacious apartment. Really helpful friendly staff and great location with shops, bakery, restaurants only 5 min walk away. Was lovely to use the pool every day and it was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Only downside was slight lack of amenities. Not provided with enough toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc so had to go out and buy more. It also would have been helpful to provide things like salt and pepper and olive oil to make it easier to cook in kitchen.

Everything was excellent - the apartment was very clean, as was the pool. The aircon also worked really well - which was necessary as it was so hot! The staff were very welcoming too.

The only negative I can think of is that there wasn't a cafetiere or filter. There was a coffee machine with 2 pods supplied however!

The area-lots of things to visit/see around, swimming pool,staff.

While staying long term like 2 weeks there should be at least one cleaning and changing towels free of charge.It is not the must but would be convinient.

AT LEAST TWO ADAPTED APARTMENTS FOR DISABLED VISITORS. GOOD LOCATION FOR DAY TRIPS EG BIARRITZ, ST JEAN DE LUZ, SAN SEBASTIAN, ST JEAN PIED DE PORT.

NEARBY RESTAURANTS WERE A BIT ERRATIC IN THEIR OPENING/CLOSING DAYS/TIMES BUT STILL GOOD CHOICE AVAILABLE USUALLY.

Clean, great location, quiet, everything in apartment you needed. Nice pool & laundry facilities you had to pay for. Wound stay again.

Nothing at all, all was good!

It was very nice and clean apartment with great balcony for our toddler. If they would give us the apartment which I originally booked I would give them 10 stars and come back because we are driving to this region twice a year. After this negative experience at the beginning of our stay I can’t do that.

When we arrived we were shocked. We didn’t get the apartment we booked but room made for handicapped person. Which is definitely not suitable at all for a toddler to reach everything. After complain they changed the apartment within an hour which was nice. They said that they won’t charge us for our toddler but I think only because they wanted to put us into that apartment which you can’t even find on booking or their website. Don’t understand why they would put people with no handicap into that apartment. I felt offended. Maybe because I am not French.

The studio felt really cozy and fresh. The pool was a big bonus. The location close to town was great. Air-conditioning was efficient and we liked the big shower. Communication wad excellent. The secure entry and parking were also great.

We were missing a bread board and extra toilet paper.

Everything: the studios are very comfortable and clean, the staff is professional, friendly and eager to help you have a nice stay. The pool is ideal .The neighborhood is residential and quiet . The breakfast basket is generous and tasty.

It's a beautiful residence, secure, clean, comfortable and with great facilities. Stephanie is a great host, communication excellent, easy to park (secure parking), effortless check-in and check-out. Thoroughly recommended 10/10 (and the town is lovely).

Spotlessly clean, light and airy. Friendly, responsive staff. Excellent parking, security and double glazing meant it was whisper quiet at night.

Extra power point or 2 in the kitchen would be helpful but that's a minor issue.
