Everything was great about that hotel, room interior is new and well thought-out, WiFi works well, the breakfast is very good and the hotel has private underground parking which came very handy as it's impossible to find a parking spot on the street during high season in that area (and even if you manage to find a spot, it would cost just a bit less than hotel's 20 EUR/day private parking). We also had an issue with AC in our room and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and eventually moved us to an upper floor room that had better AC. We were also pleasantly surprised by all staff being friendly and especially a petite girl at breakfast who we asked for salad leafs once (because the Italian breakfast typically doesn't include it) and she found us some leaves in the kitchen and every day since then brought us that salad without us even asking :)

Typical Italian breakfast, we are used to it, lots of pastries. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach.Spacious furniture, with a useful mini fridge, comfortable bed, parquet floor which is very good. Renovated bathroom with a window in the shower, which is also very good for ventilation.

Considering it's Italy, maybe an effort should be made to have local cheeses at breakfast. The room didn't have a towel dryer, considering it's a seaside hotel. Useless space at the entrance occupied by a black synthetic sofa, a towel dryer could be placed there. The small terraces needed to be cleaned better, they were dusty and covered in cobwebs, and the swimsuit drying racks need to be replaced, they were excessively worn.

The room was renovated and was nice and quiet. The shower and bathroom was nice and always very clean. The personel were friendly and always helpful. Location was good and few meters away from the beach.

The breakfast was boring and limited. Also it was the exact thing everyday. Some little variation and more sorts of stuff (like cheese or fruits) would have been nice

The double bed was two singles pushed together. This can be done ok with the right mattresses but these mattresses had a strong seam so it wasn’t comfortable. ( As a 6ft 1 person they were too short … so I had to sleep diagonally and hence across the seam of the beds ). I didn’t raise directly with hotel though. Perhaps if I had there might have been an option to change rooms.

Staff were very helpful with our large bag as no lift from Parking Garage to Reception ( after that there was a lift of course ) . Room was great and 2 Single beds with firm pillows as requested . Breakfast was unexpectedly good with scrambled eggs and bacon in addition to all the usual Italian pastries etc and staff friendly . Breakfast until 10.30 am which was great . Restaurant was closed for the " winter " ( not mentioned on Booking . com ) . Shower area a bit small but still normal for this type of Hotel. Good work space . Great for an overnight stay en route to Puglia . Pesaro is very pleasant with masses of places to eat near the Hotel . Pre- arranged a later check out at 12 noon which was very nice of them

The Hotel advertised a room with a balcony but it is actually 2 Tiny balconies , not wide enough to put a chair on so a bit dissappointed .

This hotel is perfectly located for easy access to the beach as well as the heart of the old town. We come every year for the Rossini Opera festival and normally rent a house. This year we had a couple of extra days before the house was ready so we tried the Rossini. It was perfect. The staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. Parking was a snap as well.

Excellent receptionist, very helpful, who gave us an upgrade and local information. Excellent shower. BBC news channel. Housekeeping very good and done each morning promptly.

Breakfast was disappointing - no fresh fruit apart from some withered apples and oranges. The hot food was congealed and not topped up. No aircon due to local restrictions meant we had to have the window open at night and there was a lot of outside noise up to the early hours at the weekend.

Great location in front of the sea, close to the city centre and good restaurants. The personnel were really kind and helpful. Very large, clean and comfortable room. Also, very good breakfast.

It would be great if the fruit selection as well as the continental breakfast selection could be broader. Especially concerning vegetables choice.

Great location, friendly and helpful reception staff, room was very clean and a good standard. Can’t comment on breakfast or restaurant as was room only.

No drinks replenished in mini fridge in room- could be purchased from reception and one bottle of water was provided on check in, but at least a bottle of water per day would be good.

is it too much to say everything? the location was incredible, the staff, Luca, Franco the employee that works nights, the lady with shoulder length dark hair.. they couldn’t have been more accommodating and wonderful. We were always greeted with smiles and a wonderful welcoming, positive attitude. They were incredibly laid back and helpful. My wife left a jacket at the hotel and they mailed it back to us in a timely manner. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and clean. We will be back time and time again. An absolutely wonderful experience

The price of parking at the hotel per night is a little steep but knowing that our vehicle was safe and that we didn’t have to run to a meter every now and then or park in a far away neighborhood does make up for it.
