The hotel exceeded our expectations. I travelled with my parents for Ayodhya visit. Rooms were big and clean. Even though it's bit far from the temple location, but has easy access to shared auto within few mins walk if you don't want to pay a lot for cabs. The restaurant has best available food. Breakfast buffet or ala carte, very delicious food. I totally recommend this hotel.

Not sure if this problem is specific to hotel or Ayodhya itself, electricty went out very frequently but hotel has invertor so it was not really an issue. Other thing I would like to mention is since the hotel location is bit on the outer side on the highway, you can't book grab or uber. You have to rely on your rental car, hotel cab or shared auto.

The cleanliness, restaurant, taxi arrangements

Very expensive room rate, with that price one can get 5 star accomodation in metro cities

Property was very clean. Was made to feel very welcoming when we arrived. Rooms were also very clean. Breakfast was also superb had lots of choices.

Staff working behind the reception desk is dealing with lots of query ie checking you in,also dealing with query on the phone or also dealing with another mobile phone query while dealing with you & answering query by other people who just jump the que & that is when the mistakes happen as I was billed twice for someone else’s food order as the person had input incorrect room number

The rooms are big, quite comfortable. I stayed with my extended family and it was awesome experience staying at this property. It was definitely value for money.

Quite a waiting time for the lift as the hotel was at full occupancy. Restaurant tables are good but have sharp edges (near feet area) and one may get hurt if in sleepers .

B fast had a great spread..staff were very helpful. Taste was perfect.

As a non Hindi speaking south indian I had trouble reaching out ..fone was never picked up and after the first mails reply i got none regarding airport pick up drop etc..only coz my friend coordinated I cud arrange a taxi. Travelling with a super senior it was a bit of an issue with this non communication.

You get what you pay for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ramayana hotel. Room was very clean, room service was timely, and overall, the staff was very pleasant. The restaurant's food was very tasty. well prepared and was satisfying , Front office staff was very friendly ans supportive, The garden there was very beautiful for sitting at evening, I'll be back again.

The quality of food was good. we had lunch, didn't get time for breakfast. and dinner. The mural behind the reception is marvelous and also the Ramayana placed near the entrance door. The staff are friendly and courteous.

The rooms didn't have windows. The lighting in the hallways can be better. Only one lift is available which is slow. The stairs are steep.

The Breakfast was plain ok , Not much choice . Whatever they served was tasty Hotel was beautiful and the Interiors were Class A , the best i have seen . Each piece was chosen with a lot of thought and creativity . Most beautiful hotel i have seen

All good except the windowless room . Else the room was excellent and beautifully furnished ,comfortable . Very good In room service with tasty food . Quick and hot food served with love and care . Keep it up

Ayodhya has very different vibes, peaceful and reassuring. We spent two nights and found the property very hospitable, excellent food at Naivedyam restaurant and overall ambiance. Restaurant manager took extra care to get the dish made to our taste. Big thanks to him. New hotel with beautiful finishing and design. Lots of open space for post-dinner stroll. The bell-boy Raj Kumar is a guide too.

Small irritants though, like the front office guys don’t return the change and don’t even mention it. One doesn’t mind tipping but they shouldn’t take us for granted. One more suggestion- they should arrange someone for washing the car, of course on payment basis. It doesn’t take much effort and one guy gets some money too.

The breakfast was good. The staff was good and courteous. The rooms in the middle had the smell of dampness probably because of lack of ventilation. The staff was however, very helpful and gave us a better room without any hassles. Though the location is not very close to the main temple it is located in a clean area next to the main road.
