Overall experience was really good. Staff were very hospitable and listens to your requests very quickly. The ambiance was great, and the hotel is equipped with necessary amenities.

There were few issues during my 3 day stay. Such as key wasn't working the first few times and also had issues with heater. However, it was stated that they'll make a centralized heating later since the hotel is new. Also, the first room was small, and the bathroom had missing shower enclosure, but they upgraded my room to the executive with only 1k extra charge which is reasonable. Expect them to attach the hair dryers inside the bathrooms. These are just feedbacks for improvement, so I rated 9 out of 10.

Staff very co-operative Rooms are very spacious, well-maintained and clean Breakfast served was hot and made in pure desi ghee without onion and garlic Banke Bihari temple is just 3 km from the hotel if travelling early morning around 6:30 am for darshan else if plan to travel by 11 am, then another route to the temple would be around 6 km and it will be heavily crowded as the morning route is barricaded by local police authorities.

Breakfast was very good. But there’s always scope for improvement. Location is also very good.

There should be a provision of a mini fridge in the room. Bathroom partition should be complete so that water should not come out. There should be a water absorbing towel/doormat just outside the bathroom. There should be provision of liquid handwash in the washroom. Dental kit and other such items should be provided according to the number of occupants. A light should be provided just above the mirror for facilitating comfortable shaving. A good shaving kit with shaving gel pouch would be welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Three Seasons — clean rooms, great service, and a peaceful ambiance. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. Food was delicious and the room service was prompt. The location is perfect, with easy access to major spots in the city. The hotel is just a month old. So it's very clean and the staff are good. It's little outskirt of town. Huge garden

But the food is definitely not value for money. One portion of rice was 350+ and we placed ordered for dum aloo and paneer wrapped aloo was served. Honestly food is very very overpriced for a hotel like that. The mirror in the room didn't have light The bathroom does not have soap stand. Doing Reservation directly is ideal. Booking. Com price is also higher.

Staff was very good

One of the standard room, 304. Was really bad design. When one showers, the whole water comes on the toilet seat making it wet. There is no way it should be given to anyone specially not to senior citizens. Even sitting area was zero space. You need to break the room and redesign it.

The property was really good and stay was quite comfortable. The rooms and washrooms were immaculately clean.

The location wasn't that great. It was really a tough task getting a public transport. The food quality also wasn't that great.

Rooms are modern, spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast options though limited were fresh and tasty.

The location was a little far for our trip. We had to travel to Mathura and Vrindavan - while the hotel was central there is some travel both sides.

Had a pleasant three days stay with family. Away from crowded area but close to all attractions The staff helped us to arrange temple tours with reasonable rate. Clean and cozy rooms.

Should have more facility according to the price charged.

The music and ambience at the rooftop was very lively last year . This time it felt a little off .
