Beautiful view from the balcony! Very warm welcome by proprietor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast (basic continental but ample with delicious croissants) was brought to our room to enjoy on the balcony. Proprietor provided detailed information about attractions, beaches, and activities in the area which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Somewhat difficult to find entrance to the villa. When we finally did, it was a very narrow driveway and someone was coming down from the opposite direction. If you are a nervous driver, be aware that the entrance is off of a busy, narrow road close to a hairpin turn and difficult to see in both directions. The stay is worth it, however!

Great, very friendly owner, incredible beautiful views to the sea and islands from both room and balcony, breakfast served on the balcony, Great way to stay in the day. plus the cherry on the cake: Jaccuzzi with the same views.

A bit of 15mns walk down to the beach, but worthwhile considering the views from up the villa

Location is great. It overlooks the sea and Dino Island and is a short walk to a great restaurant. A bit longer and you reach the seaside beach bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless. The host was very helpful and booked a restaurant for us. The villa has quality finishes, and all rooms have sea views. There is ample parking within the property.

As with most European hotels, the bathrooms are on the smaller side. But all the positives make this a great place to stay. We will return.

Incredible building, view, breakfast and host … it was all lovely. The property looks right at Isola di Dino - kayak to the grottos!

The room is small and a bit tight with 2 big suitcases on the floor but it was fine for one night.

The view was so beautiful , the sunset by the sea woow , the beach is also realy cool an beautiful and very kind host family.

Amazing and unbeatable view from the balcony of our room where we had breakfast every morning. The best croissants for breakfast that we had in all Italy. Very friendly owner that was willing to help with anything.

The shower was very small. If you have a bigger size i'm not sure if it would fit.
