Exceptional breakfast with enormous food selection. Exceptional gardens and outdoor area, exceptional common area. It really looked as a Palace and we feel like being in the Palace. Nice and helpful staff

There is a feeling that there are no doors in the rooms. Because of this, the sound insulation is very poor.If the name is Palace, then the plastic cup in the bathroom is from which palace?I

Grand and beautiful hotel. We have years ago attended New Year’s Eve party at the palace, and absolutely loved it! This time around we stayed for 2 nights during Christmas time whilst visiting family. The building is magnificent, surrounded by beautiful gardens, although not in full bloom during winter. We stayed in beautiful and spacious room with the balcony overlooking the park. Breakfast was delicious with varieties of food to choose from. Staff was very helpful, polite and kind. It was great choice to stay there:) Thank you very much!

The hotel is honestly above the three star calification. Great value for money. The garden of the hotel is like in a fairytale. Thumbs up!

For us tourists such an interesting, opulent - and to us from the UK, somewhat mysterious Amber Palace which serves as a community facility as well as a small hotel. Wedding pictures were being taken in the front of the building and a chamber orchestra were practicing Chopin in the main hall when we arrived and sounded magnificent - all so essentially Polish! The pub food was very good and the service excellent, although the 'main' restaurant was closed which was disappointing. Our 3 single rooms were spacious and simple and clean, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful - we speak no Polish and we are embarrassed by their big effort to communicate! The gardens are interesting and charming - well maintained and peaceful. A lovely location from which to explore the mid and lower Vistula river and its surrounding beautiful agricultural and woodland countryside.

We would have liked the main restaurant to be open, but these are difficult times.

Beautiful place, really really gorgeous! Friendly and professional staff. The room we were in, 25, was far from the restaurant where there was a party and we barely heard anything.

There was water damage in the ceilings. Their 2 in 1 body and shampoo didn't lather at all and their "eco" soap was wrapped in plastic. It would've been nice to know that the restaurant and bar are closed for the dates we were there before or during the booking so we could plan ahead.

Breakfast was good. Gardens around the hotel were beautiful.

The decor was very majestic but a bit oppressive - made the inside of the hotel dark.

The location, food, bed was really comfortable, staff were super friendly and professional.

Only a little additional note - the lack of a bin in the room and pillows could be more comfortable.

Lovely building, especially the grounds. The guest rooms were well furnished and clean. The hotel was also conveniently located and not far from my meeting.

The straps to hold back the curtains in the room were damaged and held by paperclips. The restaurant could have longer opening hours.

The gardens were very lovely. The view we had from the terrace was Beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were nice.

Bird poop on terrace. Rooms were not sound-proof. That is all I can think about right now.
