Hotel is in a great location with close proximity to the train station. Car park attached if arriving by car (we didn't) although major roadworks in centre of Aleksandrow make it more of a challenge for car drivers at the moment. Room was adequate if a little dark due to dark furniture (we were in the older section) but large bathroom with good shower. Bed large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good, although limited fresh fruit and cereals. Very good restaurant for main meals - large portions too so great value. As regular users of this hotel, we are always happy to stay here.

Due to no a/c, the windows needed to be opened to allow in cooler fresher air but this meant that road noise, and noise from trains, was intrusive. Note: this is not really an issue for rooms in the newer section of the hotel at the rear.

As regular guests at this hotel, we like the convenience of the location, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We have experienced a number of the rooms and are all usually comfortable and quiet.

The signal width for the television service is probably not enough for the number of rooms, because the picture often breaks up at peak times of viewing (say 08:00 and early evenings).

Hotel is in the centre of Aleksandrow and in a short walking distance to the railway station. Rooms are available in the old original building as well as the new annexe. On this occasion, we were in a large room with balcony at the front of the hotel. Comfortable bed and plenty of space to sit and relax - sofa provided too. Restaurant has good menu choices and very good value food, as well as an exceptional breakfast.

The shower was too complicated with numerous options, most of which didn't seem to work so getting the right spray at right temperature was a challenge. Train noise can be heard but was not such an issue for us.

Excellent one night stop over on way to Germany hotel is on a main road . Staff lovely couldn’t speak much English but we got by ok and breakfast choice amazing. Room was fab with a balcony .

Very quiet place literally nothing here the hotel is also a restaurant very reasonable and good good .

The hotel location is very convenient, as it's close to the train station. Many interesting cities like Ciechocinek, Torun, Bydgoszcz are nearby. The service was excellent. The menu had a good choice of dishes. Very good and elegant breakfast included.

Fantastic breakfast. Different foods. Everything. Good coffee. Nice and cosy. Place to make a tee or coffee.

Difficult to communicate. Some of staff dont speak any language exept polish.

Willa Radwan is located close to the railway station in Aleksandrow, although trains passing through don't really disturb the peace and quiet of the location. The hotel is split into the older part - housing the restaurant - and a newer building to the rear that is connected by a walkway. The newer section has its own - although unused - eating area with reception. Coffee and team making facilities can be accessed there. Rooms in this section are basic but comfortable, with a good size bathroom and good shower. Breakfast is very good with an extensive range of cheeses, meats, bread and salads. No cereals though. Restaurant menu has a good choice of tasty Polish meals, and with good sized portions.

Minor comments really. Sometimes difficult to locate hotel personnel as there is no reception in use. To walk between the new and older sections requires use of the first floor walkway, up one side and down the other, so would be unsuitable for wheelchair guests (although possible to leave the new section via the locked access door and to walk outside and re-enter the main hotel via the front door).

Very convenient location in centre of the town, close to the railway station. Very good breakfast and the food on the normal menu (for dinner) is very good too.

The shower is over-complicated and can be a struggle to operate in this room (No5).

Everything, especially the private parking , all markets are near , staff is very friendly , tasty food, clean everywhere.
