- Minus 1 point because the room was ready just for one person (one pillow, one set of towels) but we booked the apartment for 2 adults and one child. There is no reception, so I had to call a number I found on their website (I haven't found any contact in the room). The lady on the phone sent us to the laundry to get things needed (linen, towels etc.) but the laundry's cabinet was completely empty. So I had to call again and they sent someone to fix it while we were in the town. So it was fixed after all but I missed an apology from the lady on the phone.

Apartment and the whole building was tidy and newly built. Parking although tight, but bright and clean as well. Breakfast was wonderful: delicious, with plenty options to choose from in a nice cozy restaurant in the same building. Definitely worth the money. We were 9 people in total and everyone found something to eat as per they preferences.

Studio was a bit too tight for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults). Worth taking a bigger apartment for this number of ocupants.

Good location: quite close to the old city, only about 10-15 min. of walk distance to the town hall. The apartment is clean and modern, good equipped. Mineral water, coffee, tea, and some sweets were provided. Check-in was very easy, no need to interact with the staff.

Parking. The payment for a parking space (39 PLN) is available only via bank transfer and bank charges can cost more than the parking fee. Moreover, we couldn’t park a car in the underground garage, despite we reserved and paid for the parking space. One jeep took the space of two cars and there was not enough space for our car as we arrived late in the evening. Parking on the street was complicated due to limited free parking space. Our suggestion is to give quest a specific parking space number to avoid similar inconvenience in the future.

This was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Excellent space and great value for money. 15 minutes walk to the old town and 20 minutes walk to Torun Miasto(train station). The kitchen was fully equipped if you fancy eating in. The buffet breakfast in the cafe was exceptional and fantastic value at £9.50. Hot and cold both available. If this apartment was maple syrup it would be Grade A Amber. Bravo!

Really clean, overall vibe was nice, well set out, well equipped. Good size room, everything worked as expected, fantastic value. Very close to the bus station and large Netto supermarket. Nice views from roof terrace.

Instructions for check in we're a bit vague, it's not apparent that you have to go through the coffee shop. 3 pillows available between 2 people.os a bit strange, pillows were a little flat for our taste. Shower was decent but no end so shot out all over the floor when we first used it. Location is a good proximity but a bit of a dark walk from the old town if you were a single women, especially in the winter when it gets dark early.

Loved the location, which was 17 min walking distance to the main market, restaurants, museums and main attractions. Buses and trams were within 5 min walking distance. Taxi from Toruń Glowny train station was about €5. What we really appreciated was complimentary bottled water in our room, coffee, tea and little cookies. It made a huge difference as we flew with kids from Dublin to Bydgoszcz and then took a train to Torun and only reached the accommodation after 11pm. Having a kettle and a big fridge in our room and access to tableware, pots and cutlery (even wine glasses) was a big convenience also. The place had access to the washing machine located on our floor and a little café downstairs. It was clean, well maintained, safe for kids and the flooring was allergic friendly (no carpets). Overall we would highly recommend it.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and it was making a lot of noise with every turn, but this was the only inconvenience.

The location of TOP Garden Aparthotel is excellent. It's located a bit outside to the city center. However, it's very easy to get to center by walk. The hotel has a nice garage. At the same time it's easy to park outside of the building for free. The room I stayed in was very spacious and nicely decorated in loft design. The room is exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable and noice level is very low to relax and sleep well. I liked code access to hotel and room as it might be crucial for late check in. Wi-Fi connection is good so you can work from room and have business meetings. There is a caffe on ground floor with nice coffee. Also I used caffe as area for work. Overall, my staying in hotel was pleasant and relaxed with no issues at all.

Very nice, clean place, free parking close to the hotel (not a lot of space), there's a little kitchen all needed kitchen tools, kettle coffe tea and etc. Close to downtown (centre). Highly recommended. P.s. we took the breakfast and those was very good aswell, a lot of choices, desert was awesome. 10/10

All was great, location is handy for city attractions, free on street parking nearby, the room was nicely decorated and good size. The price was great as well for the comfort offered.

Neighbour next door, it's not a hotel fault but would be nice if everyone respected quiet hours.

The location was great. My room was very clean. The look and feel of the building seemed fresh and new. I really enjoyed my 2 weeks there.

I'm in poland for the next 9 months for work and would've liked to have extended my stay, but i waited too late to make another reservation.
