Charming and uniquely decorated hotel. The interior had a lovely antique feel that gave it real character and made the experience feel special and authentic. Breakfast was a real highlight on the balcony Giovanni served homemade using traditional Sardinian recipes and fresh local ingredients. It was a delicious and thoughtful touch that set the place apart. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for things to see and do in the area, which really enhanced our trip. The room was very comfortable, with everything we needed, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stay with personality, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Wow, Piazza San Pantaleo guest house is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We booked the large "apartment" room, and we were so happy with the space. The room itself was amazing, but equally amazing was Giovanni's hospitality. He is a wonderful and warm host who gave us many recommendations and whose company we enjoyed during the morning breakfast hour. The house is incredibly well-designed with a beautiful collection of vintage and antique furniture and art. There is a sense of eclecticism but also understated elegance. The town is relaxing and very walkable. The views of San Pantaleo church from the balcony of the house were stunning. Giovanni's home is the kind of place were would hope to revisit in the future.

The accommodation is ideally located in the town centre. All the rooms have been restored with exceptional attention to detail and a taste for the finer things in life. Breakfast is served on a magnificent little terrace, and the locally produced products are exquisite. But all these qualities, however high they may be, do not surpass the kindness of the owner, who willingly gives of his time to answer all our questions and to introduce us to Sardinian culture! It's very hard to leave a place of such quality :-)

This is more than just beautiful accommodation - it’s an exquisite experience. Authentically renovated furniture has been thoughtfully put together with great sensitivity. Breakfast includes delicious local specialties, with a small twist each day. Overall, if you’re looking for an authentic stay, this is a must!

Very nice decorated interiour. The second you enter the door, you’ll notice this nice vibe. Giovanni and Christina are very kind, willing to help and provide useful information about the area/beaches to visit. Breakfast is served at small rooftop with seaview. Best breakfast we had in years with good bread and fresh fruit. Homemade marmalade & honey. We stayed for three nights and each morning the breakfast was slightly different in order to surprise you again with new tastes / sweetness. A ‘must’ to visit when you are in this part of Sardinia.

The perfect combination of old and modern, cleanliness and comfortable bed. We had the most delicious B&B breakfast on the roof terrace, made with lots of love and attention. Located in a nice smaller town. Easy to find. The building is beautiful and decorated very stylish with lots of antiques. The bed was very comfy. The host was super helpful and the breakfast was just amazing. Lots of homemade goodness and care. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!!

We loved staying at this authentic property , from the decoration of the rooms / property , to the breakfast . We really felt like we were experiencing a true Italian lifestyle. The host is great and happy to offer recommendations of local restaurants. If you have a car we particularly loved Tenuta Li Lioni , great Italian food ! A short drive out of town for dinner .

Nothing we didn’t like , however we suggest having a car so you are able to explore the surrounding areas.
