Quiet and clean roadside motel right on the Alaska Highway. Booking online was easy and the staff clearly checked my reservation and requests multiple times, as someone caught a slight miscommunication and replied to fix it shortly before our stay. They have considered the needs of travelers through the town with their check-in/check-out process. The bath and shower were great (including an extra deep tub) and there were several coffee pods and a coffee maker. My kids slept like rocks on the pull out sofa.

The bed was clean with plenty of pillows, but not the right support for my picky spine. I did get plenty of sleep, however.

Clean room, nothing fancy but comfortable. It is located right at the intersection of the Alcan and the Haines Rd, so easy to find. This is a great place to stay, with appropriate expectations of staying in the Yukon. Bathroom was very nice and clean, and I appreciate real glasses and real coffee mugs, less waste and feels more homey. It is a motel, so I was able to park right in front of my room. It is a great stop because you are 8+ hours from Fairbanks, and easy drive (usually!)

Barking dog (another guest's) in the parking lot very early. No biggie, just a bummer as I got in very late.

It was comfy, warm, clean, and had all that i needed. The shower and sink water pressure and temperatures were great and the towels were fresh and soft. The bed was comfortable and clean, and i was able to park right in front of my room. Additionally, there were outlets for guests to plug their winterized vehicles into. Awesome! Also, it is right next to a delicious restaurant/bar that has DELICIOUS poutine and other foods!

The walls and ceiling were pretty thin, so i could hear walking and the sounds of murmed voices and doors closing, but it wasnt enough to ruin my stay. Also, the outlets in the room are minimal and mostly in use, while also not so conveniently located.

I booked 4 rooms for 8 guests. 4 of the 8 guests were over 80 years of age so I asked for rooms on the first floor which is where we found our rooms. I also notified them that we would be a late arrival as we were driving more than 750 miles to reach there. The keys to the rooms and all pertinent information were in an envelope and everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Alcan Motor Inn!

Nice room with comfortable beds, clean and with all the amenities needed (fridge, TV, microwave, aircon/heat, hairdryer, coffee machine/teas). Shower/bath was nice and I loved the complimentary soaps/shampoos and the sewing kit! very handy! I can't usually sleep at hotels, and I stay away often, however I actually slept well here. Vehicle parking was right outside - not far to walk and restaurants/gas/food nearby across the road.

I gave the location a high rating because of its convenience for travel on our road trip, not as a place to vacation. The rooms had extra touches, like tasteful bed coverings that made the stay nicer than we expected. Be sure to go to the gas station across the street for excellent food, baked goods, and an espresso bar. (Yes, for real)

We definitely could have used more ice than what we were allotted, and the check-in was not awesome. If you use Booking, they might not know you are coming, and the manager seemed a little irritated to see us. But overall, our stay was awesome and we would definitely plan Haines Junction as a stop again for a great night's sleep.

Paid for 2 Queen size bed but only got one.. Motel was full so there was not another room with 2 beds. Have to call someone if you have a problem or need something. Had problems with my credit card but had updated it on booking.com. I had stayed here 4 days before and that time I got the correct number of beds in my room.

WOW! The room and mountain views exceeded my expectations!! Very clean room - and it was pet friendly. The "little things" matter, and this room did not disappoint. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, plenty of soaps and other nice handy items. Loved having the nightlight in the washroom at night.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Quick self check-in and good pub/restaurant next to the main building. Perfect for a night stop in Haines Junction on your way to Alaska.

Extremely noisy, you can hear any step or movement from the other guests in other rooms of the lower floor or above you in the upper floor.

The property was easy to locate and when we arrived we asked if we could possibly switch to a lower level to make it easier to pack in all our gear from our motorcycles and they accommodated us immediately and were so kind .

Nothing it was very comfortable , safe, and the view was stunning .
