I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Floro Apartments Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to all my needs with genuine warmth and professionalism. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity I could possibly need. The location was perfect – close to local attractions and public transportation, yet in a peaceful area that allowed for a restful night's sleep. The views from my apartment were breathtaking, and I loved starting day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. What truly set Floro Apartments Hotel apart was the attention to detail and the little touches that made my stay special. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

It was amazing, new apartment? We were upgraded by our host and wow what a special place. Everything you could possibly need and to a very high standard. All mod cons and the biggest TV I’ve ever seen. Nice outlook over the harbour which was amazingly quiet after the ferries stopped around 9pm. Great soundproofing and comfortable, very friendly host. Would give it more than 10 if I could

The location is quiet, without street noise and with a good option to park near the apartment. Furniture in good condition, a comfortable bed, well-organized kitchen with all kinds of tools. It is good that there is a coffee machine and some capsules, as well as tea bags, salt and tablets for the washing machine.

The door of the apartment was a bit difficult to close from outside.

Very roomy, clean, newly decorated. Very good value for money.

Hard to find, we eventually called them to find out where to go. No trash can in the bathroom, bedrooms or living room, only in the kitchen. The promised coffee facilities were missing. A hair drier would be nice.

I missed a cheese cutter The apartment was very cold but after a day the oven got the living room heated up I would like 1 or 2 more heaters

No welcome book to state what to see or do locally or even what the WiFi code was. When text host about WiFi no response but we found router and got the password from there.

This place is brand new and beautifully designed, making great use of the space. The host is fantastic—very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location is also perfect, with lots of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

Check-in instructions could be improved. Had to call the host and await his arrival to get access to the apartment
