It is a quiet location with good access to markets. The hotel restaurant is set back away from the road and pleasant. My room faced away from the street so was very quiet with a nice view of the hills. No smoking. The staff checked on me each day and offered to clean the room. Breakfast was good and different each morning. Hotel offers filtered water for refilling bottles. Very professionally run. If you have to stay in Ambon, this is a pleasant location.

Good location. Especially for port. Well priced and reasonably good food. Friendly staff. Good value accommodation. Allowed us to leave kit as we travelled to Banda. We ate at Sari Gurih a minute’s walk away. Excellent portion sizes and taste justifies the slightly higher prices. Tho they grumble about credit card payment.

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and helped me a lot. Location is close to ferry port and perfect to stay for a night or two. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need. Buffet breakfast was good, and restaurant was ok for dinner. Hotel is one block from a small supermarket and there are a few cafe and restaurants close by.

Staff is most friendly!!!! Very polite and they advise you with nice places for lunch or dinner, help you with transportation etc etc

First night we had a very noisy room!! Next to the elevator and no possibility to change; we changed the day after and could chose the room.

Great location in Ambon's city centre. And very close to my favorite cafe Sibu Sibu. Staff is very friendly and provides service with the well-known Moluccan Smile. Recommended!

The friendly, helpful staff, provide useful information to the guests ( facilities, restaurants, places to visits, etc). The hotel location is strategic. The hotel prices are reasonable. They also provide delicious breakfast. The hotel rooms are clean.

Service was excellent. Location is very comfortable at the center of the city, surrounding with many happening cafes, close to restaurant, market and easy to access with many option of transportation. Room was nice and clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Modern hotel. I would definitely stay here again if go back to ambon. The food it's delicious and cheap too

Good option to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. English-speaking staff, clean, large rooms with comfortable beds and a great breakfast complete the impression.
