I had a wonderful stay at this motel and an equally great experience at the restaurant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. Easy car parking front of the room .The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise — the food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed the Indian food .The service was quick, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent food. I will definitely be coming back!

Meals were good, not bad prices

After driving for 6 hours in 45 degrees, came to hotel to find pool green and closed 😡

Great for the price. Everything we needed - fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, aircon/heating, TV. Location was fine - about a 15 minute walk to town centre. Helpful staff. Our allocated room had a blocked sink so we were moved to a better room straight away. Continental breakfast included; toast, cereal, juice and tea or coffee. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Short menu but food was tasty, especially the Indian dishes.

A few niggles with the room; dripping tap in the sink and the light switch beside the bed was broken so we couldn't turn on the light over the bed (room 34)

I felt very welcomed and, importantly, very safe at the East West. It is located a short drive outside of town and gated, which adds to the feeling of security. The staff were very kind and even let me borrow a charging cable when I needed one for the evening. The room was a fine size and I got to keep the car right outside. The restaurant also served a selection of very nice Indian dishes and had a vegetarian option too. Breakfast was simple but included in the price which was appreciated. Toast, a selection of jams, peanut butter, cereals, juice, and tea. I would recommend this as a very good budget option in Ceduna.

The few less-than-fantastic things I should mention were the very loud mini fridge. Since it was in line with the head of the bed, it was quite distracting. Still, after lots of driving I slept fine. The biggest issue was that the bathroom door opens VERY close to the edge of the sink, so close that, without thinking, I accidentally slammed my hand between the two (I'm short, this might not happen to a taller person) and it was tough to remember to maneuver between the door and sink every time I used the loo. The soap dispenser was also leaking which made the shower floor tiles quite slippery. Nothing major, but fixing these would be nice improvements in the future.

It was simple in every way. Has a lovely pool. I think this motel is really for those travelling east or west as an overnight stopover. So it suits well for that purpose. I stayed 4 nights as a solo traveller and it suited my needs. The staff were very friendly and although the motel is very basic, they present clean and tidy rooms. I felt comfortable that they would help out where possible with information, directions or anything that the room required.

Love the cleanliness of the room and comfy bed. The friendly manager was intent on making our stay a pleasant experience and he succeeded. The pool and surroundings were very clean and refreshing with free towels available on request at the counter. There was plenty of parking right in front of the room for my high vehicle, which I really appreciated. Despite being near the highway, it was very quiet. I also appreciated the security of a locked gate compound after dark with access via code. After a good night's sleep, we had a nice free breakfast available in the dining room. I'll be staying there again.

There is nothing not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But what truly made our experience unforgettable were the two incredible managers. They were the friendliest, most welcoming people we could have wished for, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference, and we are so grateful. If you're looking for a place to stay with wonderful people who truly care about their guests, this is the place to be! Highly recommend.

This is probably the best place I stayed during all my Australian trip. Absolutely LOVELY lady (owner), extremely low rate (the cheapest of all the night spent), of course this is not a 5 stars place, but room was top clean, great swimming pool, good WIFI...and continental breakfast provided (I had to leave very early morning, so I got a tray to take with me in my room with all what was needed).

Nothing...for sure....if you compared to the rate paid, it's the best deal I got ! Also Ceduna is a charming place with good pizza/pasta in the town center. Nice promenade on ocean's shore.

Room was very clean, bright and airy, but felt cozy and was well maintained. Facilities in the room were great, even had a microwave! The bed was very comfy, the breakfast was continental which suited me perfectly. Finally my interaction with the guy on reception was great. He was very competent and helpful. He even walked around the grounds with me to find a suitable place to park as I had a trailer with me.

Stayed at East West Motel for a night and honestly had a great experience. For the price, the place had everything I needed. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, and dinner was really tasty too. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again!
