The hotel staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating both friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. The spa facilities were particularly impressive, prompting us to return for massage treatments on four separate occasions. Each massage was highly satisfactory, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the studio we booked proved to be perfectly sized for our needs. The Château Bozukoff wine offered at the hotel is worth trying. We bought some for gifts too.

During our stay from Monday to Saturday, we initially encountered an issue with our assigned room. The hotel staff efficiently resolved the problem by providing us with a more suitable accommodation. However, on the second day, a late-night event held in the restaurant caused some disturbance in our room. We commend the management team for their satisfactory response to this issue. While our overall experience was positive, the spa area was quite noisy on our final day. We plan to visit the hotel again in the future, perhaps avoiding weekends to ensure a more peaceful stay.

The property is nestled in a quiet area of the central area of Sliven, it has a good view of the mountain. The building itself is pleasant with its inspired by the Bulgarian revival architecture. The materials used are natural stones and the feeling of cleanliness gives you a particular sense of freshness.

The breakfast was okay, not a lot of a selection and a large fly was circling around the food. There were not many people eating breakfast at the time.

The breakfast was excellent. They had even an omelet and pancakes prepared right at the spot. The staff was very kind and helpful. The SPA area has all the needed facilities and the massage therapist guided us through it.

It is challenging to park, because the parking area in front of the hotel is limited, but there is a paid underground parking available.

Nothing to be mentioned.

1. The spa is amazing, very impressive!!! Just for the spa in this hotel, you will want to come back to Sliven. Has jacuzzi, Roman bath, four different saunas, steam bath and even cold dip pool. All very clean and amazing with relaxing music and mood lighting around. Spa access is free for all the guests as well. 2. Breakfast buffet is good. Personal chef cooking amazing omelettes and pancakes for you. 3. Restaurant is also good, very beautiful courtyard with a guitarist playing live music. The food is amazing as well. 4. Location is 4 min away from town centre. And you can visit blue rock mountains 30 min away and Jheravna village 1 hour drive. 5. Staffs are very friendly as well

Restaurant could said to be pricey for dinner.

The spa was amazing and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean, very nice, and had a beautiful view over the rooftops of the old town. We stayed in a triple room, and even the third bed was comfortable — not always the case in hotels!

Smart, modern city hotel . Lovely spa, excellent massage. Attentive staff, good food, excellent breakfast with chef to cook your order at a table. As live music lovers it was great to listen to a very good guitarist and singer with dinner. Our dog enjoyed it too.

Excellent Spa facilities, variety of pools, saunas and steam rooms all very nice and tranquil atmosphere. Room comfortable and spacious. Live music in dining room - very good artist which made the evening for us. Breakfast very good with hot dishes cooked for you - excellent omelette.

Only disappointment was one simple main course served about 15 minutes after my partner's dish. Prices of spirits in Spa Bar high - should offer same cheaper brands as in restaurant.

They have a beautiful garden and the staff was very kind and all can speak English. The food was great and the prices were very decent. During evenings they have a musician who plays the guitar very softly and discretely. I have felt wonderful and I really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy good food, good music, quiet and wonderful staff.
