We are not for the first time here because it suits us. The bathroom is not being ready for us this time, but they apologize with pizza and champagne. The rooms should be checked before people arrive if they are ready to go. Overall, we have great experience, thanks.

I think restaurant staff need more training. Some of the new waitresses, which I never know, are talking to me with unofficial form. Table clothes are always dirty when we are seated on the table. I see 3 people, the staff waiters, smoking inside in the main restaurant waiting for customers. The service there is very slow. One lunchtime, we ordered 3 soups , 1 bottle of water, 2 capucino, and a completely plain macaroni for my 5 years old child. They charged me for this macaroni 18,80 Leva, which is shocking. We paid, of course, but we absolutely avoid other visits in the main restaurant.

I still think it's on the expensive end for one person in a single room I think it works out good value for money in the bigger rooms for two or more people Depending on floor level there could be noise from street (I'm particularly sensitive to noise though) Would be good if heating can be controlled in the room it was a bit warm for me

Carpet in the room was very worn out I think it can be a bit expensive for a solo traveller, definitely good value for money when two people share a room Can get quite noisy throughout the night if there are events on especially after midnight- in my situation it got resolved when I spoke to the staff

The hotel is nice, the restaurant too. The location cannot be better.

The air conditioner was a nightmare. It was extremely cold and after you turn it off, it still switch on every now and then. The receptionists explained some tips to stop this but none of them worked so the room was freezing cold all the time and we had to dress warmly for the night even though it was 20C+ outside. Unlike other hotels of this class, there was no electric kettle.

I liked a lot the supportive team on the reception who were always there for our questions and needs. The room was well equipped and sparking clean. The hotel is located in the heart of Sliven, so when you go out of the hotel, you are already in the center of the city. There is a parking for the hotel's guests which is very convenient.

I couldn't mention anything negative.

Close to everything, a surprise in every catagory beyond the provincial capitol of Sliven was expected to provide. End of Summer/expatriating at my Lyatno Kyshta needed a quiet but tasteful retreat for the trip out. Also a short walk down to the central bus station for the ride back to Sofia. It costs the same as a budget central Sofia hotel per night with added space and up to date bathroom and bedroom.

I didn't like struggling so hard to find nothing to complain about. I even loved the antique stereo in the midstair repose between floor one and two. And the included breakfast was too good. I hate a hotel that makes a good buffet for no extra price. It takes one extra gripe away.

Room clean & tidy. Bathroom excellent with bath & shower. Staff helpful and efficient, speaking good English.

Breakfast not so good except coffee machine super. Cold fried eggs, poor bacon, almost no veg. Breakfast not available until 07:30 so always late for 8 a.m. work start.

Location right in the center of Sliven. Our room was cleaned every day of our stay.

The A/C kept turning on during the night even after we turned it off multiple times. Some of us had to switch rooms during the night, as it was way too cold in the room.

The location is excellent and the hotel is really nice and cosy. The staff is very polite and you can find very good options for food and drinks at the restaurant.

The fan in the bathroom is extremely noisy and runs long after you turn off the lights.

The hotel has an excellent location in the very central area. It is close to main walking area, market and shopping area. It is clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was also good.

The furnitures are a bit old.
