We liked the size of the room, plenty of room to move about, nice big bathroom and all very clean, sitting out on the balcony over looking the roof tops, didn't use the little kitchen area but would find useful if stayed longer, enjoyed it and would stay again.

Being technically challenged would have liked some paperwork on the way things worked, like breakfast, did not have breakfast there, where??? Couldn't work the coffee machine, or turn the heating down, had to sleep with window open but some sort of machinery down below was going off and on overnight,

The room was bigger than it looks, and so modern and clean. The mini fridge, toiletries and slippers were all FREE and had such nice details such as free snacks and drinks, hair ties and nail files and nice smelling shampoo. The place really feels well taken care of and luxurious.

The elevator was not working and we were on the highest floor with big suitcases so that wasn’t good but besides that it was great!

Second time I’ve stayed at this property and both times have been excellent. I had the ‘Deluxe Double Room’ this time and it was an unbelievable place to spend two nights. Host is extremely helpful both before you arrive with check-in and whilst you’re there. The location is really good too. The best place to stay in Imola.

Its a big advantage to have the coffee- tea machine in the room as well as the variety on the teas and coffees. We found the design of the room really nice and so practical.

I would have loved to found a Chinotto instead of a coke in the mini bar... its just my preference, although its also a very typical Italian beverage. Otherwise everything its just great.

We didn't have breakfast, not sure if there was any. The location is super clean, very comfortable, nice balcony, very quiet.

There is no reception, it is completely automized. You never get to see anybody. This I found weird. At first I didn't manage to get in, tried to call, but nobody would answer the phone. I didn't book an airbnb, but it felt like that.

Very clean and had all the things we needed. Kitchenette was great. The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and close to city center.

Shower did leak a lot into the bathroom. Would have been nice to have more than one pillow a piece. Maybe another mirror outside of the bathroom would have been helpful with four of us needing in the bathroom.

I didn't see like for online check-it so I did it on he spot and the screen didn't work well so I spend around 20 minutes - if you will book follow the link for online checking save your time and emotions:) Also we had a top room which is very nice with a terrace but I didn't understand how to open tents on the roof windows because the screen of remote controller was half broken

The on line check in procedure was quick and easy. The minibar was full of beverage (four bottles of mineral waters, Coca Cola, Fanta. Coffee machine with several choices. The room p4 was extremely quiet. Possibility to watch Italian serie A

Automatic check in and check out. The receptionist available but not needed that much. The best experience so far.

Maybe the bed should be larger in size and less in number for a room

The completely technology based check in and keyless system worked amazing. We were really impressed by the ease of it.

We did need an iron which I had forgotten to check was in the room. While we would have ‘expected’ one to be there, I hadn’t checked so partly my fault.
