We loved our stay at Casetta 56. The staff were lovely, really helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was continental & there was plenty of choice. In terms of location, would definitely recommend hiring a car. Taxis are few & far between & the road Casetta 56 is on is unlit & there are no pavements. Staff recommended we hire a car & arranged it all for us. Really glad they did. Our boys loved the pool, the table football & the pool table. There were two private events held whilst we were there but they did not affect us at all. We could not hear the music & the persons attending were respectful of the residents.

No real complaints, the only thing would be the location. We hadn’t anticipated needing a car. Think it would be a struggle without one.

Nice and hospitable family-run guest house, rustic style but renovated. Our room was comfortable: large with high ceiling (not all rooms are the same). Breakfast was fine.

WiFi was a bit of a lottery: worked well at times, was much congested at others. Room was well lit, but insufficiently for bed-time reading. Booking.com entry claims 'bike rentals' is available, but this is only offered from a nice bike shop in Bagnacavallo, 2.5 km away.

Nice view of the village, hospitality, swimming pool and relax area - very helpful for families travelling with children (safe and clean). If you prefer to dine or party - there is also a well equipped area (including a drink bar) for that.

Noise... I have not expected there are so many speeding drivers/bikers at night, waking us multiple times. Eear plugs were not an option (small children). Besides, I had an impression that rooms in the pictures were larger than the ones we checked in.

Easy checkin and service. Hosts speaks English and Italian. Clean and spacious rooms, we were a party of 6 with no issues. Easy to find location. Booked this last minute and was really happy with it.

We had a wonderful stay with our small dog, very friendly and will make an extra effort for you. Great breakfast and people.

This was a fantastic place to stay as a stopover on our way to Italy. It had extra parking large enough for our minivan across the street, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. After a long drive with hungry kids, having the pizza place downstairs was a perfect convenience.

Nothing! It is located near a road but for us that isn’t a problem. If you’re a “light” sleeper then ask for a room at the backside of the building.

The whole place is unique and you can feel like in magic place. Rooms are huge, breakfast very good. I really recommend.

Perfect spot near lots of activities in the area. We stayed 12 days, nearby are for example Imola circuit, Aquafan aquapark, Ferrari museo, Ducati Borgo panigale museo and great city places to see in the area. Very very pleasant and friendly staff, helped us out with almost every question we asked. Information and helpful calls to for example the Ducati museo. Only small drawback is the fact that the property is located near a busy provincial road, house is pretty isolated so sound is not significant.
