We wanted an early start so we were pleased the breakfast was available at 5:30 am. Our preference is for a light meal….yoghurt & fruit, especially bananas, are perfect. Had we wanted more, we could have had a hot meal. We recently stayed at another choice facility & were very disappointed. It was very pleasant to find the Edson facility was excellent. The room was cool on a hot day, it was welcoming. The bathroom was spotless, with enough towels & soaps. It looked like a facility whose employees care about their customers.

Very little. Perhaps a choice of different pillows…..soft, medium or hard? Not much to criticize.

The property is in town and shops and restaurants were easily accessible

Because it is in town on the main highway there are a lot of transport trucks driving by the hotel and that can be a bit noisy. Also, the hotel is older, and used to be a smoking hotel, and as much as they tried to make it fresh and airy it still had that lingering staleness

Friendly staff.

Common areas could be more clean and tidy. I saw a piece of paper on the elevator’s floor that was not picked up during the two days we stayed. Gym’s AC was extremely noisy. There hand sanitizer unit in the Gym did not have sanitizer in it. There was no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. The house keeping did not fold the ironing board and returned it to its location when the room was cleaned after first night of stay.

Easy access, easy to find. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was on time and tasty. Morning staff was particularly friendly and helpful.

Liked it all

The people managing the front desk were beyond friendly and helpful. So kind and caring and attentive. They made our stay feel like home.

It was a good bed and quiet. Staff gave us an extra blanket which made a huge difference for us. Thank you so much.

A little dated

We did not have the breakfast. Front counter person was very helpful with orientation us to the site and restaurants in the area

Staff was excellent.

Arrived very tired and our TV didn't work. Staff took care of it right away but it was something we would have preferred not to deal with, being so tired.

Impressed by the gentleman who was on front desk duty at night, I think his name was Gurpreet. Very nice , humble and hospitable personality Thankyou for your services
