The lobby and our room were immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Place is obviously going through renovations, so some areas are not up to high standards, but understandable. For the money this is an awesome hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

The entrance area and hallways needed some love, but as they are renovating it is understandable. Nothing else to complain about.

The breakfast was disappointing (there was very little and the orange juice tasted very bad) but for the incredibly reasonable price we paid I would’ve been okay without breakfast.

The orange juice is about the only real complaint. I couldn’t believe how nice it was for so cheap.

The inside of the hotel had been renovated and was comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the STAFF. So welcoming it felt like you were family.

Room was great. Had my own little balcony thing also. Bed was comfortable.

The hallway carpets looks like they have had water damage and look gross. Definitely need a cleaning. They said there was breakfast included but there was no mention of it at check in. Wasn’t a huge deal though.

The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and kind! Exceptional service! It was clean and quiet, the value for the price was unmatched.

Gary was very helpful, and he even refunded my last two days when my work cut me early.

The laundry service could’ve been more efficient/cheaper

The design of rooms for 5 people was a good find. A lot of space.

The exterior needs to be refreshed, including the hallways.

the location and service and leisure was so good. wifi speed was good took my working computer and uploaded all my documents without any hassle

Room was comfortable and clean

The breakfast was only cold cereal and old fruit. No muffins or boiled eggs as was on website 😕

Breakfast time window to too tight. 6am to 8am if not very easy to get to
