It is beautiful. It is clean. Breakfast fresh focaccia, best crispy croissant, toast with local jams, & home make cake. Coffee made to order. Can’t eat lunch! Best room is Junior Suite with windows on the sea & to the west side. Will always book that room for sure. Super friendly & helpful host, Sergio. Great location on main road. Bedding, mattress, towels…top notch! Loved Noli partially because of our lovely Guesthouse.

Unless you have the front room, back rooms are dark from natural light though still super. I would have paid extra for the front room if it had been offered. You are on your own for parking. In October not a problem to find free parking on coastal highway (white lines).

What a wonderful little gem! You can not go wrong when choosing Ca’ de Tobia. Excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, delicious home-made breakfast with the front line view of the beach and most kind host Andrea will make you feel welcomed and at ease. Would absolutely love to return to Noli and stay here again!

Everything was great

Great location and very serviceminded owner. Breakfast is stunning and we already miss the assortment of locally produced jam. Very quiet despite close to busy streat and seafront bar. We will definitively revisit - Noli stands out as perfect location for a Ligurian roundtrip.

Perfect location, but the attention from the owner and staff made our stay unforgettable. Andrea's breakfast and conversation every morning plus the advice and reservations facilitated by Sergio made the language barrier dissolve. If you don't see the complete magic in a stay here we can't be friends.

Wonderful hosts in a lovely Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of the town, right on the beach. Excellent attention to detail to everything, including a handmade local breakfast. Hotel also includes a free regional bus pass which was great for exploring nearby towns.

Parking can be difficult in the summer but the hosts helped us find parking.

Charming guesthouse with good facilities. As we were out of season we got free parking only 50m away. Very good sea views from the breakfast room. Lots of fascinating art throughout the property. Especially loved the ceramic collage in the breakfast room. Sergio was very helpful and recommended an excellent local restaurant for dinner. The range of homemade and local food for breakfast was great. Altogether a lovely place to stay while exploring Noli.

Nothing to complain about.

Once we'd arrived, everything was perfect - the room, the bathroom, the decor in the entrance area, the staff, the breakfast in the morning.

Finding the place was not straightforward if you are travelling by private car. There are several issues. 1. There is very limited parking nearby if you arrive in the middle of the day and the resort is busy. 2. Unlike a hotel, the name is not easily seen from the road and so if approaching by car it is unclear exactly where to stop. (It is next door to the Hotel Monique). 3. If you miss the location and carry on along the main road to the west, it is very difficult to turn around without travelling to the next resort along the coast, with further delay caused by roadworks. So my advice is to locate the position of the accommodation fairly accurately before travelling to Noli.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond as they were very helpful. Their suggestions for restaurants were always correct as I could not have stayed in a better place. 5 stars for sure.

Everything about the property to the host to the room was above expectation. Breakfast was plentiful with the best crossiants ever tasted. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Great bathroom wonderful shower. Right across the road from the beach.

Nothing

I spent two nights here alone while exploring the coast for the purpose of surfcasting. The location is ideal - it's across the street from the beach and the breakfast area and terraces have great views (though my room didn't have a terrace or view, but that was fine by me. I don't know if other rooms are differently situated or not). Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathrooms were large with an especially large shower. The proprietor was warm and welcoming and made some good restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was ample and delicious. I plan to stay here next time I'm in Noli, which given the fact I live in Milan, should be relatively soon. The hotel is steps away from the old town - and I prefer to stay on the edge of the centro storico than right in the heart of it.

Free parking is only available on the street. I had no problem finding any, but I also arrived at a time when there wasn't much traffic. But while I was there all the other available parking disappeared as people flocked to the town to spend an unseasonably warm February day on the beach. I can see how during peak travel season free parking would be a problem. There is paid parking right around the corner (though that was filled up as well). The good thing is that if you get street parking, you'll be close to the hotel.
