The kindness of the hotel stuff is amazing. Also the bar and kitchen stuff was so friendly that I had the feeling that I was staying into a big family hotel. The location of the hotel pool is wonderful as it stays unde r the sun all day and the water is really warm and enjoyable to swim. Not sure if all rooms are same but the one we have been give had a large shower cabin, and this is a bid thumb up as majority of the hotel rooms have tiny shower cabins. Air conditioning working perfect and last but not least we had breakfast every morning of the stay and I can say that it was really good breakfast menu. Overall very very impressed.

As advice regarding pool garden decoration - it will look even better to make it more attractive. Also the coffee given free for breakfast is not tasty at all, as an advice please change the coffee brand. Thank you

Breakfast was simple but good, we were always short of brown bread. :) We visited Jesolo end of April, beginning of May, prior to Ironman event. The whole area was just opening up as a lot of restaurants were still closed and there were no people anywhere. As soon as Ironman event was a few days away, the whole area was booming and restaurants opened. The hotel is 100m from the beach, in a very nice location, perfect for Ironman as it is as close to the swim start and T1 as possible. Rooms are very simple, but they have balconies and they were very clean.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! We were satisfied with our stay there. The room is very compact but I already knew that before. What surprised me the most is the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. The personal is very welcoming and friendly! Some suggestions: in our room WiFi almost wasn’t working properly. 2) we would suggest including small refrigerator and kettle in each room. We bought drinks/sodas in market, but realized that we cannot cool them down anywhere. The same story with the kettle, my mom loves drinking tea a couple of times throughout the day. Unfortunately, she couldn’t do it as often as she would otherwise. 3) The breakfast is not quite fulfilling. I understand that Italian breakfast consists usually from a pastry and a coffee. The hotel suggests scrambled eggs, one type of cheese, a few ham/salami types, and some wider choice of pastries. It is quite enough, but whenever we arrived to breakfast, the dish with scrambled eggs was empty so I had to ask the staff to replace it with a new portion. I understand that it is part of the process, but it seemed like the staff deliberately wanted to postpone the moment when they have to replenish dishes. I would suggest also including boiled eggs. So if you run out of scrambled eggs, at least visitors can take boiled eggs. In general, we are glad that we chose this hotel, if anything listed above doesn’t really matter for you, then definitely recommend staying in this hotel

Hello and greetings from the tenants of 201 and 202 :) First of all, we have to say that it was an extremely interesting, fun and, last but not least, nice vacation. The hotel is wonderful, very close to the beach (150/200m) Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, swimming pool...what more does a person need 😉😊 Our only remark is the equipment in the bathrooms. It works, but it's a bit outdated. Special thanks to the hotel manager and his team. You were always in the right place at the right time. Mara, the woman from the reception - You are a wonderful person. Next time we will only speak in Portuguese with you 😉😀🥰 Thank you for everything and see you again. Stay healthy 🍀

Everything here is top-notch: spotless room, comfortable bed, modern design, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are warm and attentive to every detail, while the breakfasts are a true culinary delight. Its convenient location makes it easy to reach all the main attractions, and the service exceeds all expectations. A place you'll never want to leave.

No negative at all

I liked that it was really close to the beach (like 5 min), we had assigned sun loungers and parasol on the beach, air conditioning and tasty breakfast included in the prize. Everyone was really nice. We also have a cute balcony. Price/performance ratio outperformed Croatia and even Zakyntos :)

The toilet smelled a bit, but nothing unbearable. Also, no plant based milk during breakfast was a bummer.

The place is very close to the beach ,clean if you have room on the upper floor, you have a very nice view on sea

Convenient location, 2 min and you are on beach. Quiet location. Very clean, cleaning every day. There is a lot of choice for breakfast. Parking at a price of 10€ per day in 2 minutes on foot. Excellent value for money.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, great location and a good fresh breakfast everyday. Also the family that runs the hotel is super friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Bathroom was really small. Noisy playground next to the hotel. No parking space in front of the hotel. Small elevator.
