This beautiful hotel with the most stunning views over the mountains, the valley below, and the town of Goris - completely exceeded our expectations. Set slightly higher up on the slopes surrounding Goris, it’s like being both in nature and in town, at the same time. Stunning rooms, and amazing magical views from the garden, the restaurant, and the breakfast area. Wonderful welcoming hosts. Great food if you choose to dine there, which we would recommend : can’t imagine you would find a nicer restaurant with such stunning views and food anywhere else in town. Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our Syunik trip. Highly recommend!

We asked for the deluxe room, and it was really large and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the modern bathroom and shower were fine. What we lived most was the view, looking out over the town and the fairy chimneys of the ancient cave city. We had a wonderful and memorable dinner in the hotel’s café, where we joined an impromptu party that local guests were having. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was simple, with instant coffee, instead of brewed.

We had the room with 4 beds. It was spacious and comfortable. It had a nice balcony where you could see the city. Wifi was good and the room had a smart TV, which my kids loved. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good. We had dinner at the restaurant and that was quite good too.

Bathroom was quite cramped. You will need a vehicle to get around and its a bit far from other places

It was the best place we stayed in our trip. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is exquisite. Their home made bread, jam, and plum juice was beautiful. The lady that was cooking was very very kind and friendly. The hotel ataff, though they could not underatand english, we used translate and it was perfectly fine. I will highly recommend it to everyone who wants to go to tatev. The overnight stay here is great.

I liked everything. If they need to improve something, that is they can add a telephone in the room. They dont have a lift, but that is how the property is.

The shower head was not attached to the wall pipe. This was not noticed until I went to place the hand held shower head back in the holder and it simply fell out of the wall. This happened on the last day and I’m sure they will fix it.

Bathtub didn't retain water - there was an issue with the plug. They were apologetic and immediately went to check out the problem when I informed them. Bathroom was chilly - have to keep the door open in order for it to stay warm.

The property looks like a castle. The views from the rooms are amazing with the entire town of Goris and the mountains visible. Rooms are also designed well and we had a nice time overall.

Stairs are spiral and narrow, so a bit difficult to manage with luggage. Dinner service was not great as they missed serving two dishes and then delayed it.

The hotel is quite remote and gives us direct access to the nature south of Goris. Walking to the city takes about 30 minutes. Rooms are pretty new and very clean.

Unfortunately smoking is allowed in the bar / restaurant.

Amazing place! Great cute armenian-style design of the hotel with wonderful helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice, with variety of natural local products. We had a dinner at a restaurant which was very nice as well.

the only small thing was the wifi, which almost was not working

We loved our stay at Khoreayi Dzor! The view from the room was just amazing, the hotel has a lovely garden and patio. You can have your breakfast (which is very good) outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The room is very comfortable and spacious, the staff is very kind.
