The hotel is very well located, right in the town center of Goris, which makes it easy to explore on foot. Everything was spotless and the level of cleanliness was excellent. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I would like to highlight in particular the kitchen team, who were exceptionally nice and helpful.

On the downside, the rooms felt a bit small compared to what one might expect in Goris. Some basic amenities were missing: there was no hairdryer, no coffee or tea bags, and no fridge in the room.

Bed smell in the bathroom. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The waiter was very slow and didn't care about us. We had to ask 3 times to get the beverages. We got the dinner after waiting almost an hour.

Very Nice and sweet Hotel !All were fresh and comfy ! Thanks to all staff , especialy Kitchen - that was awesame !

The check in was easy. The staff were great. Their breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Didn't like the shower. It was just a jacuzzi with shower that was not long to take stand up shower. taking shower was hard since I do not like use other people's jacuzzi.

A perfect, peaceful escape from the fast paced city life that I’m use to. It was the most magical place I’ve ever stayed. Clean, tasty breakfast, nice view, friendly staff.. This place was even better than the pictures! Would highly recommend!

Very good location, straight near the city center at the same time quiet and aside. Beautiful view on the city and the mountains,. There was a very kind staff and very good breakfast.

The Hotel overall is amazing and unique. The staff of Goris made my stay so special and cool. i have only one regret… i should have stayed longer..:)

Everything was good, especially the Reception ( Sashik ) , breakfast was Reasonable, only negative point was the Room was not warm properly by the way after using air condition situation got better

Friendly and helpful front desk lady, nice new room, international (English) tv channels, good Wi-Fi connection.
