Staff and Location is great! Yusuf was very helpful throughout the stay and arranged everything for us that we asked for. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

This place has great potential! The buildings and grounds are beautiful, but maybe in need of a few updates. Our first room didn’t have a working refrigerator so they moved us to an upgraded room. That was nice. The food at the restaurant is really good, plentiful, and satisfying.

The internet doesn’t work anywhere on the property except in the lobby. The bathrooms are not air conditioned. The lazy river is not for swimming. The water is not potable and they charge you for every bottle of water. The pool is small for such a big place. The location is far from everything.

Youssef, and the rest of the team, provided an excellent service. They really seem to enjoy providing an excellent service and making sure their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. They went up and beyond all what was necessary to ensure all things we needed were dealt with, even without us asking. I can say, with almost certainty, that it was one of the best services I've received in all the places I've stayed in Egypt (so far). The hotel is also well located as it takes about 10/15 min to get into town, and not far from the Salt Lakes either. It feels very remote and earthly with a beautiful pool and picturesque surroundings.

Though the rooms are spacious and relatively clean, they are basic and really dated. WiFi is also practically none existing, so don't expect to be able to so anything of real significant with the WiFi.

This resort exceeded my expectations. Before I even reached the property, Yousef reached out to make sure the time of my arrival. Once I arrived, I was blown away with how beautiful and charming it is. The property is so clean and spacious. I loved how clean the rooms were and how close the restaurant was from my room. There is a very clean pool, restaurant and so much cute decor to look out. They really embody the feel of being in Siwa. The hospitality was something I cant explain, Yousef was so accommodating, warm and he made me feel like family. The resort offers tours so that took the hassle of having to find someone to take me around which was amazing on such short notice. I would come back and stay here every time! 10/10 I would recommend Siwa Shali Resort to anyone coming to Siwa Oasis. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler, just as if I was with my family. Just be aware that they don't take credit cards so make sure to bring cash and there is also an ATM in the town.

The property was spacious and quite relaxing. The resort is beautiful and it’s exactly as you see it online. Great customer service, employees are friendly and welcoming.

The WiFi connection was not that great but the customer relationship and customer service made up for it.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the hotel staff. We arrived in Siwa early in the morning and they allowed us to check in in the morning and allowed us to have breakfast without extra payment. On our last day we were allowed to check out in the evening before departure of our bus. Very nice area, comfortable rooms. During My next trip to Siwa I would like to stay here again. Many facilities need to be renovated, and employees can be more polite and courteous

The staff was exceptional and made our staying greatly enjoyable. Even though we arrived past the lunch time, they prepared varied and delicious specially for us. The manager (Yousef) arranged all the excursions for us at good price and made us feel at home. We even received an upgrade in our room as there was availability. A place to stay at in Siwa 100% recommendable if you value details and want to relax while feeling cared for.

Spacious, comfy, very friendly staff, food, hot spring and the tent at night.

Too many flies. Landscape needs more attention and care.
