We had a wonderful stay here, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting Siwa. The owner, Ali, was incredibly kind and helpful—he truly went above and beyond for us. From allowing an early check-in to arranging a late checkout at around 7 PM the next day (including giving us a ride to the bus station), his hospitality made our stay seamless and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great air-conditioning—a much-needed relief in the Siwa heat. The property is about a 20-minute drive to the main market, where we picked up fresh fruits and snacks. Ali also helped us arrange trips to the salt lakes and a desert safari at a very reasonable price, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. As our departure time was much later, he even offered us another room to rest in until our bus arrived—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was satisfying, and overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. If you're heading to Siwa, this is definitely the place to stay. Nothing really

Oasis among the oasis, only here I feel I can escape the dirtiness, the endless flies .. Siwa is magical but it's dirty on the surface for sure lol. However Qasr EI Salam is super clean, such a breath of fresh air as soon as you step into it. Traditional decor but modern comfort. AC works well, hot shower nice flow and temperature, lots of power sockets (yes I found lots power sockets extremely helpful). Host gave us a fruit basket with plenty of fresh fruits, new bottles of water every day, staff nice and polite. Also, on booking.com it says there's no wifi here, it's a lie haha. They have WiFi and it totally works well enough for basic browsing and entertainment.

Breakfast area does have some flies. I guess it's impossible to not have any in Siwa, even in the middle of deep desert there are armies of flies...

Room was spacious clean and cozy The manager Ali was very kind and helpful I’d a problem in the bathroom when arrived and needed to fix I got another room which was smaller He brought a big fruit basket as a compliment then kindly helped us to return back to the original spacious room Also Hassan from staff was very helpful

Breakfast is served at the hotel roof which is too cold in December Would be good if the hotel arrange the breakfast inside the tent or use tools / service that keeps it warm

The services are good, the property owner gives us a basket of fruits as a check-in gift, and they provides us with free ride to the town. AC is nice in such a hot weather. The owner is very communicable and I would recommend this place overall. The hotel is definitely better than most of hotel's in Siwa even though things need to be improved.

The commission is higher than expected, $50 one day is very pricey at Siwa. I highly recommend people to walk in and don't reserve on booking. Besides, the pool seems not very clean so we didn't use it and the breakfast is all Egyptian styles, so careful if u are not used to it.

Everything in the hotel was great ! The host is super hospitable and pick us in the bus station at the late night. The room is super clean and comfortable . Hot shower is great, the pool inside the hotel also a refreshment after a long day tour. Highly recommended. 超级推荐！超赞的地方。很干净

This is very exceptional place, the host Mr Ali treats guest as family, he arranged pick up and drop to the bus station regardless of arrival or departure time. Plus we planned all trips with the hotel and they were all well arranged to suit our needs, time limits. All drivers were well chosen and very courteous. I was travelling with my 2 daughters and I didn't feel uncomfortable by being 3 women in a male dominated town. All staff were very kind and courteous. It was my youngest daughter birthday and I asked the hotel for a cake. Mr Ali set the cake in the room as surprise with full room decorations and balloons and the cake came with candles too. All in all it was so magical experience. You can't find similar place to this experience.

Great place to stay in Siwa. Ali, a manager of the hotel, was very kind and explained everything to us. Right in the hotel there is an option to book a trip to the salt lakes (700 EGP around 25 USD for 4 persons, including personal driver, water for washing off the salt, towels). First we went to the Oracle temple (the one visited by Alexander the Great), then the salt lakes, a hot spring, Cleopatra's eye spring and witnessed a sunset by Siwa lake. For the next day again in the hotel we booked a trip to a desert (3800 EGP around 125 USD for 4 persons), exciting drive through the sand dunes, cold lake, fossils area, a picnic by a hot spring, and sandboarding. Such an amazing experience!! Also they brought us a whole dish of fruit to the room! It was so nice! Highly recommend this place for staying in Siwa!

I would recommend to add eggs to the breakfast (fried, omelette, boiled). Night wasn't perfect due to the barking dogs((

Beautiful hotel! Mr. Ali made our stay in Siwa very pleasent. Gave us a basket with fruits to welcome us. He gave us information about Siwa and tours, we book a comfortable tour with him to the springs and salt lakes. He allowed us to stay in the hotel later that the check in without extra charge so we could take a shower and rest before our nigth bus. He also helped us to buy our bus tickets to Cairo and drop us to the bus station. Thank you so much!
