The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They upgraded my room with no extra charge presumably because the rooms were not full. They were very generous and continued to offer me drinks after I had checked out and was waiting for my taxi. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The air conditioning was also quiet and efficient at cooling the room.

There wasn't a great gym. From what I could see the gym was just a few cardio machines, I prefer resistance training so It was slightly disappointing.

Property is well located near the centre of town , the staff were very curtios and obliging . The manager never hesitated to give me an upgrade to a much larger room when she saw how I was travelling. The cooked breakfast is more than adequate to fill a rumbling belly . There was even a small sign in the shower which way to turn the selector and how long before the hot water flowed , that was a first for me

Nothing really , the weather was horrible but you have to expect that in the rainy season

I would give a perfect 100 if possible. My first stay was 2 nights and i enjoyed everything. i have stayed a second time for much longer. My room was large and comfortable. Water pressure is excellent and cleaning is daily.. The breakfast has many options and my favorite it the beef Pho. The staff will treat you like family and the owner makes you feel at home. This is a must stay hotel and its the only place i will stay when visiting Pleiku.

Good location, walking within 10 mins to the centre. Comfy beds. We stayed in a 3-bed room. Bathroom is clean

Breakfast was very poor. Staff said that the buffet was not available because it was not in the peak season. They offered us a basic menu with eggs with bread or noodles. It's taseless

Great customer service. I love this hotel. Staffs are very helpful and always with positive attitude. Room is decent. Price is affordable. Even offer me a free "Cà Phê Sữa Đá" while I wait for my flight after checking out. Love this kindness.

Comfortable size of room, setting and location

We stayed at L5 where the neon sign of the hotel was just by the side of the window, a bit distracting at night

I felt very welcomed and it was as comfortable as it gets! Rooms were modern and clean and facilities were superb.

Really nice receptionist - very warm welcome. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.
