On the basis of good reviews I decided to stay in the Elisa Hotel to visit family in Pleiku - I liked it so much I extended my stay. Good sized bedrooms with comfortable 'Wet-room' style bathrooms and all supported by wonderful staff and attentive management. Housekeeping are thorough and ensured a high-standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the night market and centre of Pleiku with its almost countless restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is on a side street and is thus quiet, with great views across Pleiku through large room windows. I hope to be back soon!

Nice quiet hotel in the centre of the city. Very easy check in and polite and kind staff. The room in spacious with a large desk and strong WiFi for working. Air conditioner is quiet and the bathroom in clean and hot water. The bonus - a very comfy bed!

Location is OK, not too far from the activity area. Nice and comfortable bed. Water gets hot quickly. Good Wifi. Clean towel. Very helpful and nice staff.

No hand soap. Elevator is pretty small. Some walk from the night activity. shower doesn't have glass divider to prevent water to wet all the bathroom.

The location is convenient for food, and shopping. Room is clean and comfortable. The staff, Tram and Dong, are very helpful. Especially Dong went an extra mile in search of Vietnam number 1 coffee for me. I enjoyed my stay here very much. It is a good recommendation for anyone who visit Pleiku.

I wish the hotel may provide some foreign exchange curreny.

The hotel is off from the main street: it is quiet but car accessible, is within walking distance to bank, market, and shopping area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel with helpful staff. They helped us arrange a bus to Cambodia and let us check in as soon as the room was ready. Room itself was spacious and clean. Location was within easy walking distance to food and the main town. Just what we needed for 1 night.

Nice building on high spot so good over views of city. All amenities and staff fine. Quiet area off main road but short walk to market area.

The shower temperature was a bit temperamental but, it shouldn’t put you off this hotel.

Staff support from receptionist Oanh was excellent and beyond expectation. She even provided support during her off hours. She booked transportation and tours for us that fit perfectly to our requirements. Her recommendation of restaurants was spot on. Great location Spacious room and good price
