We stayed for three nights in an ocean-facing room with a beautiful view. The kitchenette is sparsely equipped, but good enough to allow us to prepare simple meals for two. AEON, a large supermarket, is about 10 mins drive away, so having a car is essential for getting around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel compound, designed like a resort, features several eateries and a convenient souvenir shop onsite. Dining options include ramen and tonkatsu (convenient but with average Google ratings), as well as a Starbucks and a Blue Seal ice cream shop housed in a refurbished caravan, providing additional food and drink choices onsite.

We were initially on the 5th floor, but we noticed mold in the room. However, the staff moved us immediately to 10th floor and the room was immaculate. Everything was perfect! That staff were so hospitable and I loved the convenience of multiple restaurants, bar access, and ice cream shops directly outside the hotel. The pool and gym was amazing! This hotel was definitely worthy every penny. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here! 10/10 recommend!

The room was spacious for a family of 3, with very comfortable beds, lounge area and lovely large balcony. The swimming pool was very clean and had a lovely view. Useful shops below for clothes or food.

A bit difficult to get to the Hotel from Naha airport, especially on a busy day like a Saturday afternoon. Taxis are very expensive. Offering some help with transport or a transfer shuttle would have made it better.

The room is like a little apartment which has complete kitchen utensils, tableware, and a big fridge which you can purchase in the supermarket then cook by yourself. There is also a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules a day which is an extra point. There are 3 single beds and a set of sofa inside, and with a big balcony which with a great view of ocean. The infinity pool is awesome and the sauna also with good view which can make me feel relax during my stay. Further, there are plenty of stores/ restaurants downstairs, it's really easy to find foods there. Although the price is a bit high but it's really worthy to stay.

Room was really BIG,so no worries if its raining/ or having some storm days. Staff is really friendly, breakfast super good! I liked this hotel if you want post card holiday!

Maybe could be more restourant option if you stay longer 😌 Also pool could open longer than 18:00. Would be nice also having maybe some chill music and bar near in pool, some activity for evening time would nice ☺️ nothing really to complain

Room size is amazing, we appreciated all the facilities in it too. Lady that spoke English was nice and helpful. Breakfast deserved separate thumbs up, it is absolutely exceptional and with great variety of options. Breakfast is absolute must while staying at the hotel.

-Unfortunately could not use the outside pool which was main reason we came for. -No cleaning service during 3 day stay which for a 4* hotel is not very nice at all. Although the staff was happy to change towels and lounge wear -More staff should really be speaking English or other foreign language.

besides the great place they should have easier ways to airport, the airport buses takes too much time and the cab to OKA is almost 150usd.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are large basically a serviced apartment. Great spa on 11th floor. Great buffet breakfast definitely recommend. Free parking and simple check in procedure. Very smooth transaction. Complimentary juice and tea when entering. Hot tip ask for the higher levels 8-10 for a great view ;)

We are told that reservation is not found so we are forced to move all our luggage to the hotel across the street in the raining day. There were elders with us, we ask for a porter to help moving back our luggage but he only came with no carrier so that we have to move our luggage by ourselves. And why the reception cannot find our reservation is because they didn't match the reservation number but just the Name. There are plenty of ways to check a reservation, why just using the name? I've got the booking number, and reserve number.

Great location for a quiet and relaxing stay in Motobu. Good restaurant facilities at base of hotel and a Starbucks for daily coffees. Close to the botanic gardens and beaches. Pool and onsen had great views as did our room. Staff were great.

Was reasonably expensive compared to elsewhere in Japan. A dedicated bus from the airport to Motobu hotels would be a great addition!
