Upon arrival early in the morning, I asked to be upgraded to a room with the absolute best view, and to get early check-in. I was given a reasonable price, and I was veeeery happy with my decision. We got the room in the middle on the top floor with the breathtaking view of the sundown. Unfortunately we only stayed for two nights, but it was a very nice hotel. It was obvious that the facilities were of an older date, but I really enjoyed the stay. I had my kid with me and we were offered a lot of good quality amenities, including amazing hair and body products as well as matching pyjamas, which we enjoyed so much! The hotel was very kid-friendly. The family bathroom was amazing after a long day with adventure, and we bought some fun bath bombs in the hotel shop, which also had toys, beach wear and souvenirs. A tip: if you are going to the beach at the Bisezaki, i recommend that you buy some beach shoes in the shop. The breakfast was okay, and there was a great variety and a lot of options. The staff was very kind, and helped us with whatever we needed.

There were some flying bugs in the bathroom by the light in the upper corner, and i spotted a few silverfish in the toilet room. The mattresses on the beds were a bit to hard for us.

Nice location with restaurants around and Emerald beach not far (by car). Clean and spacious room. Confortable bed. The tatami space was convenient with a baby. The kitchen is convenient too but you should bring your own plates, pans etc, or buy in Daiso not far from the hotel, or you can rent from the hotel. Pretty quiet room (depends on the neighbors). Nice pool outside, quite warm in summer. Nice staff. Massage place 5 min by walk really nice and with a good price (Asian spa Thurian).

The hotel is a bit old, but it is still a good value for money.

A great location for the aquarium and time at the beach. Nice shops right next door. Good connections via hotel shuttle and express busses.

A real downside is the travel time from the airport. Not the hotel's fault of course. The hotel's paint job and finishings have seen better days. We felt the spacious room and the two pools plus public bath were absolutely good value for money. A+ in that regard.

Large room, great view, lovely swimming pool and excellent location. Good value for money. Rooms were a little on the older side but comfortable, clean and everything in good working order.

Nothing really. The only thing was that the door separating the bathroom from the main room was loud and heavy to open and close, but also let in a lot of noise from the bathroom/kitchenette area which was tricky to navigate with a sleeping baby in the room with us.

Could not believe how great this hotel was (or how cheap!). We stayed in a family room which was very spacious - twin beds plus a tatami area with 2 futons. Room had a little kitchen (but no cooking or eating utensils), there is a communal microwave on level 1 and an ice machine on level 3. Bathroom was a little dated but we never used it anyway as the onsen is seriously amazing. Great rock pool with an outdoor garden feel, lots of showers. We often had the whole place to ourselves. Pools are also great. Outdoor pool is huge with a shallow kids pool as well. When a storm came in and they had to close the outdoor pool they opened the indoor pool for us (which was lovely and warm). Staff were all wonderfully polite, helpful and friendly. The pool attendants were hilarious and also really helpful. We stayed 4 nights and wished we had longer. Location was a great base for the middle of Okinawa island - ocean expo park (which had loads to do, even on rainy days), Nago and surrounds, Kouri, Yagaji and Sesoko island and the southern part of Yanbaru.

Nothing, this hotel is fabulous with seriously amazing facilities.

Very clean. Pools and pool staff were amazing! Gave our boys a ball to play with. Friday night buffet was good. Didn’t care for Saturday as much but nice that they switch it up.

The area itself doesn’t have a lot to offer in the off season. Not related to the property but just to note.

Good buffet spread for breakfast. Very good location if you are planning to visit the Churaumi Aquarium , about 10 minutes drive away from the hotel.

We stayed in the older block. Rooms look tired, can do with a refurbishment. Pillows were very flat, not comfortable at all.

The facilities are so nice. Indoor pool was heated and outdoor pool is super nice. They also have kids pool. I really liked the bath house/Spa in this hotel. The food for breakfast and dinner are superb. 🫶🏼

The rooms were outdated. They need to renovate it to look new. I wasn’t fun of tatami rooms. The bathtub is also stuck up.

The room was a lot bigger than expected. It had a tatami section. There was also a small kitchen with stove. Our favorite was the public bath (onsen), but no tattoo allowed. However, the reception gives away free tattoo cover so you can enjoy their facilities ammenities.

The hours of the indoor and outside pool is limited. The outside pool is not available till late in the afternoon and closes just before evening time. Indoor pool does not open till evening time.

The size of the rooms, the pool, the parking lot, the staffs, the view outside of the room, and quiet location.

It would be better if the beds changed into one big bed for two people. There are bugs in the bed.
