I must say the Welcome was great, greeted us like VIPs, the care for our needs - room cleaning everyday and they even arranged our bath staff hahaha in a good way of course:) The beach is Great, near hotel , the food they try every morning to change few things so it wont be the exactly same every day! We thank the staff there and when we will be back - we will come to Hilton Sesoko again! Just be Advised - the Hotel is Perfect if you have a Car!

Not many facilities nearby like 7 eleven for none car visitors

The beach was gorgeous during high tide (mornings to about mid afternoon). Food was delicious. Bus to the airport was also quite convenient.

No available water activities in the hotel or the beach close to the hotel. You have to go to Sesoko bridge or Motobu Port for this, which was very inconvenient. The hotel is also quite far from the airport (more than 2 hours away). The bus from the hotel to the airport was convenient but the bus from the airport to the hotel was very inconvenient because you still need to pass by Motobu Port and wait for a shuttle bus or taxi. Sesoko beach can be very rocky during low tide so bring beach shoes.

Bed was great and comfortable. Good view. Had a very good rest after a day of travelling. Got a welcome gift and also a box of Chocolate in our room to celebrate our anniversary.

Probably the services such as Spa and indoor pool closed too early. We arrived close to 7pm where all the services ended. Would be great to be able to use these services during the night.

The hotel is very clean and nice and has great views. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Great beds. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great but had waits at times, seems like there should be advance warning about that or extension of the cut off time.

Indoor pool hours were far too limited and it was popular, so clearly there is demand from customers for more. For low season they cut off large chunks of the parking lot but then had more guests than spots, forcing parking in a far away public lot with a long walk in the inclement weather of low season. They validated the public lot, but for safety and walk time reasons, particularly in off season inclement weather, at a resort they should have just opened up more of their own spots, seemed like poor planning not indicative of the level of service expected at this type of hotel. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was terrible, limited selection and lower quality, hard to understand as breakfast at the same place was wonderful

The hotel provides some Japanese games and the kite for the clients to borrow. That’s very caring.

If the play house for kids are available, it would be great. Kids can enjoy free play together. Also, the request of late check-out for an hour is chargeable. That’s quite restrict.

The island is surrounded by a beautiful clean transparent pale blue-green ocean. The hotel staff is very polite and hospitable. The hotel is new, clean and spacious. There was even fireworks right in front of the windows of our room. Magically beautiful excellent.

The breakfast menu has never changed. The same thing every day. Therefore, if you stay for 6 nights, then the last days you can no longer eat anything.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast spread. Good view of the sea.

1. Hotel is quite popular so it is a lot more crowded and noisy. Noise isolation is good as long as you close the balcony door so at least you get a good night's sleep. 2. Vs the other hotels that we stayed, this is not as good value for money.

Hotel is far from Naha, in the North of the island, in nature and that is great for relaxation. You have to plan 1h30 transfer by taxi or 2h by local bus. Hotel has everything needed, gym, indoor pool with jacuzzi, comfortable beds and spacious room. Beautiful ocean view and very nice fireworks on Saturday.

We tried all restaurants of the property, buffet, Italian and seafood - the only comment would be the prices at these outlets.

The location was amazing! The beach was beautiful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly.

We used buses most of the time to get around: but it can be difficult to get a taxi.
