hotel was gorgeous and Staff were very friendly. So many facilities in the hotel to enjoy. location is a bit far out so will need a car. there are a few nice restaurants around that are within walking distance but at night, the only place around for a drink is probably the hotel bar, which js actually not that big. But all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Given the money we paid for the hotel, it would be a nice gesture for the hotel to provide free parking given most people need to drive here. Hotel pool closes at 6pm when the day is still very bright and is a bit too early. It would be nice if there can be more restaurant options offered at the hotel itself.

The breakfast for a family of (4) was $200 a day Canadian so $800 for a (4) day stay. The hotel is amazing but because it is a US chain there pricing although in yen is what it would be in U.S. dollars. Activities are $100 a person, off site using local companies on Viator are much more reasonable. Pricing is not comparable to surrounding Japanese companies. We were in Japan for 18 days and this was by far the most expensive hotel for meals that we stayed that. We were averaging $500 a day for a family of (4). It is a little bit out of the way so if you don’t have a car driving for meals off site is not overly convenient. Aside from that we loved everything about the hotel and would definitely recommend it and would eat the breakfast every day just make sure to budget for it.

It is a paradise along the pristine Okinawa beach. The staff is amazing the food is exceptional good. The view is breathtaking. It is like a small city on its own. The beach room is amazingly big and we like the fact that it has a microwave oven, a small kitchen with utensils, the ability to refill water and a self service laundry.

Situated at Onna village means food options external to the hotel is minimal. While there are good food options, either you would need to drive or walk for 15 mins up north. That’s said the weather is pleasant so walking is a good option for us

Incredible resort, very nice pools, located in what seems like a paradise, and with very little touristic feeling, who’d we loved. The room and and the amenities were top-notch, the staff super helpful, and everything was top quality. The breakfast was simply AMAZING, and the beach was calm, clean, and well managed. Virtually perfect for us!

Very difficult to point out flaws, but we did notice a couple of things that we would have liked to have: the bar inside the main hall of the hotel closed at 21h, which was ridiculously early, and a pitty. Also, it was not possible to be in the pools after 18h, again a pitty given how warm it was during the evening. Finally, we did miss a bit of a fun lounge with a bit of music in the evening, as the village of Onna had nothing of the sort.

The hotel is located at the Central Area of Okinawa area. We booked the beach house which was walking distance away from main building and is facing the ocean. The view was amazingly stunning overlooking the ocean and the beach. The beach house was spacious for family of 4 with high ceiling, living area, pantry and spacious bathroom. There are outdoor pools overlooking the ocean but were closed during the period we went. There is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi too. Is great to explore the beach during low tide as u got to see many sea creatures up close. The breakfast was delicious and we were all looking forward to every morning. Every corner of the hotel be it outdoor or indoor was picturesque.

Absolutely beautiful pool area, reception and general areas. We also really enjoyed the club facilities, the breakfast was fantastic, lots of options of Japanese and western food, a lovely selection of fresh fruit and the best French toast! The early evening selection of food was also great with different options on the two nights. The bathroom/shower area in our room was great. The bed was big and comfortable and the room very spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was great to sit and listen to the waves. We really enjoyed the snorkeling trip. All the staff we encountered were exceptional.

The balcony furniture could have been better, the chairs and table were small and not very comfortable. I thought the carpet in the bedroom was a little tired. I also would have appreciated some milk in the fridge or even the little uht type milk cartons for the coffee rather than just powdered sachets.

This hotel is beautifully situated. Large room with great lagoon/pool view, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. Concierge service very helpful and friendly. Would come back if I ever travel to Okinawa again.

Less about the property but more about the restaurants. The restaurants are over priced and ok at best. I don’t know if all the restaurants offered a la carte but we were only shown the Italian a la carte menu. One of the restaurants charged $350CAD per person, another $250CAD per person, the only restaurant that had a la carte (from what we were shown) was the Italian restaurant. Breakfast buffet was $46 CAD per person, which is a lot considering it’s breakfast food.

Given it was high season getting reservation in the hotel restaurants was challenging esp for family friendly dinner times, if you are wanting to eat every dinner in the hotel recommend booking restaurants upon hotel reservation. Additionally breakfast gets very busy, sometimes having to wait 20 mins for a table - again this is acute during high season.

Beautiful position, great pools & beach. Excellent staff service & politeness. Very comfortable beds.

Regency lounge was disappointing. Food was very good (much more than a continental breakfast & snacks for dinner). I was expecting a lounge area & separate bar plus an area to play games with my family. We were asked to move into a separate room as we were playing cards & laughing. No real lounge areas other than the lobby.

Beautiful facility, nice layout for the rooms, very new, modern, clean. The indoor pool was great for the kids when there was a sudden thunderstorm for a few hours. Breakfast buffet was great.

The beach coves are tiny; pictures are deceiving. During low tide, there’s really no cove as the water really recedes. The food options are limited in that there was only expensive options. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance but you have to book ahead of time otherwise they get filled up fast.
