This is a beautiful property! Everything is so well kept, clean and beautiful. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but courteous, gracious, and always willing to help you with anything you needed. I would say it is worth staying at the Terrace Club rather than the Busena Terrace next door especially if you are a couple. You still get access to Busena and all their restaurants, pools, etc. but the Terrace Club is another cut above in terms of relaxation, peacefulness, and luxury. They have a spa that you can go to as well as a wellness pool/aqua therapy area that we used daily. The views of the sea are so beautiful from your balcony, and the restaurants at the facilities are excellent. The Terrace Club also has a tea time and happy hour that are free depending on your room selection and well worth it. The airport transfer for free is also a major plus.

Nothing. Only thing we would note is that the property is approximately an hour drive from the airport, and there are only a few designated time slots for the shuttle. The hotel will arrange a private taxi for you if you arrive at an off time.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff made us feel really special (Not just with some champagne and a room upgrade but also with every interaction). The views are wonderful - from the room, breakfast, the lobby, the bar, all the different areas! We particularly enjoyed the 2 hours of drinks (including champagne) and snacks from 5 til 7 - that definitely helped with the stay feeling special! We had breakfast at the main hotel twice and at the Terrace Club once - there's definitely more choice at the main one but far more people and noise! So would recommend the Terrace Club breakfast for a bit of a calmer experience. The snorkelling trip was great and very easily organised last minute and we also enjoyed the underwater observatory (note that you need to buy a ticket or have cash on you before you walk the entire length of the pier!).

Would be nice if the tennis courts were treated the same as all the pool facilities and were free to use. It's an hour's drive from the airport (or two hours by bus), which costs a out £75-100 by taxi which was a bit painful!

absolutely exceptional service, location, rooms, spa and overall hotel facilities and stay. But what made it really exceptional was the service and attention we received from Umeki-san and Catatani-san. They both went well above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and our every wish come true. Truly amazing service!

The only small thing, because we stayed for 10 nights is that the food for breakfast, tea and happy hour was almost always the same. It was very good, but one got a bit tired of the same thing. My suggestion is to vary the food a bit more to make a longer stay completely over the top outstanding.

Wow, we were blown away by this property. We visited for our honeymoon so had some extra monies to splurge. We were a little nervous at first as there were a couple of strange reviews of guests not enjoying it, but we had SUCH a wonderful time and felt incredibly spoilt throughout! We were greeted right away and the first view in the lobby is already breathtaking. The hostess walked us to our room and showed and explained the facilities to us whilst carrying our bags on the trolley. We went for the Ocean View room and it was an absolute dream with a spacious balcony with undisturbed views of Busena Bay. Our room was cleaned every day and they also did a night turnover with fresh pyjamas which was quite a nice touch, they also gave us some heart shaped soap petals to use in the bathtub with a sweet message wishing us a wonderful honeymoon. The afternoon tea and happy hour serve complimentary drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a self-serve champagne and white/rose/red wine station and another station with fruits and nibbles all whilst a pianist brought extra atmosphere at a relaxed vibe. The hotel is very health focused and we enjoyed breakfast very much with a wide range of options and all freshly made in the semi-open kitchen. Every day they have a special such as pancakes and fresh toast. We personally really enjoyed all the healthy options but if you are more into the heavier breakfasts they will allow you to eat at the sister resort (which is HUGE by the way). You pretty much have free rein to visiting their sister resort and they'll happily assist with taking you by golf-cart, although it is only a five minute walk. The staff is also able to book your dinners at the restaurants at the property or in the local proximity (especially helpful if you speak limited Japanese). The outdoor pool is lovely and the Thalasso Pool is definitely something you should experience! All in all, we had a fantastic time!!

Not much to fault at all. Perhaps it would've been nice to have the outdoor swimming pool to be open longer (closes at 6pm). The Thalasso Pool was a lovely touch and opens longer, however we were a little put off by all the rules.

Phenomenal Hotel and Wellness Centre near Nago Okinawa. Rooms were spacious and extremely well appointed and serviced twice daily . Staff were remarkable making you feel extraordinary welcome at every interaction. Best feeling making it a wonderful stay. The Wellness facility including 14 stage Salt water Bio pool was awesome. The infinity pool too was great . The Fine Dining evening and breakfast varied and tasty.

Nothing to note the sea does have noted jellyfish but not unusual

Many restaurants where not open, no proper menu selection for lunch. So overall the food selection was average. At night there were some moto bike races on the road which kept us awake at one night.

it was hard finding restaurants available at night. So we ended up leaving the resort at night. I think the only booking for dinner available for our group was La Tida which we tried once. but had hoped to try the other restaurants at night.

Great huge room , staff very accommodating and kind . The tea time and wine time with piano was amazing and appreciated . The thalasso baths were very useful after a busy travel schedule.

The hotel is far from the airport and only offers transportation at very specific times. Some amenities are in the other sister property and requires advanced preparation

Location was perfect but unfortunately we had to go to Busena terrace to swim because the nearby beach is not swimmable. Staff was very attentive. All adult feature is good. Thalasso pool was great.

Not enough activity. Fitness center is too small for a wellness club. Not enough local food. Not much to do at night.
