Hi. The staff like in most of japan take customer service to a very high level and here was no exception. The rooms are massive , clean, and a nice view of the beach. Oh its got a free car park. Whoop.

No Bar guys and girls so bring your own. You will need a car if you want to explore . If you land at the airport to get to the hotel get a 120 bus. stops just outside the terminal. The beach hmmmm there's a big inflatable plastic that takes up half the swimming area . There's no kakak and the watersports are very expensive. Ps. Did I mention there's no BAR.

Room 901 is excellent, clean, large with a nice view. The staff was friendly, English was the limit. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and room was good, housekeeping was fine. Breakfast was plentiful, with minimal variation, but okay. Seamless check-in/out, transportation from hotel to airport. Very good and convenient ground floor facilities - ice maker, vending machines, coin-operated laundry. Excellent restaurants around the hotel, convenience store within walking distance. Beach by hotel good, a little around the corner better...

We had interconnecting rooms 901 with 902, but 902 is very different from 901. On arrival there was a strong smell of damp and mould, especially from the air conditioning. We were given an anti-odor spray to deal with this... Disappointing was the drained hotel pool which contained various items. The whole area, including the beach, looked very unkempt and no one had removed the silt. The hotel restaurant and lobby no longer look as pictured, service and refreshments on the beach are non-existent, no beach bar or staff. Occasional queues for breakfast.

We were visiting Okinawa for my birthday and had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The staff was so attentive, kind, and helpful. Our room was spotless and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was good, there were quite a few options for vegetarians, which was much appreciated. The hotels location is perfect for day trips to Nago and American Village areas. There are several restaurants and kombinis nearby. I'd imagine it's even nicer to stay here in the summer when all the beach facilities are open.

Our only real issue was the parking. While free, there are 4 different lots to park in and two are across the street. There is no crosswalk so during busy times, it can be tricky to find a safe gap in the traffic to cross the street.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the beach amenities are great, and the staff are very attentive.

It is not easily accessible by public transport, and downright impossible to get to if your flight arrives or leaves in the early morning/late night, unless you are able to rent a car, or are happy to pay about 120€ for a taxi. Room refrigerator is very noisy at night, and the AC has bright lights even in night mode, so the room is never fully dark.

The beachfront location was just gorgeous. We loved the staff - very kind and helpful (Google translate was used a few times, but was not an inconvenience). Our room was huge and nice and dark (thank you block out curtains) and the bathroom was a nice size with a full bathtub.

Our beds and pillows were a little firm and the buffet breakfast was a tad disappointing.

Big rooms with beautiful ocean views. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were always very happy and friendly! The beach is excellent and right in front of the hotel.

Parking is a bit tricky, if you park across the road it's REALLY dangerous to try and cross - the road is super busy. If you P3 is difficult to find and difficult to get out of with all of the traffic. You can't walk to any restaurants, car is a must. The receptionist didn't seem familiar with beaches in the area- it would've been nice to have had more information from here when we asked.

Beautiful periphery with amazing views and a lot to do if you love the ocean and exploration. The people (staff) are amazing and helpful. They have all of the assistance and knowledge to answer questions. There is an open souvenir store for travelers as well as a beach store front for all things related to the ocean. The elevators are handy ! Breakfast was great and the downstairs diner area allowed us to sit in from of the ocean so beautiful.

My bathroom had a moldy smell however, I believe it may be due to tsunamis as most of the hotels in the area has a similar issue. There was visible mold in the bathroom under the tub. There may be too much moisture.

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was a nice size room for a Japanese hotel. The view was amazing — the morning and the nighttime ocean view were beautiful.

I didn’t like that you have to pay for extra towels. It turned out that I didn’t need extra towels, but I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay ¥220 if you needed one.

wiew from the room was spoiled by plastic things on the sea, like a big plastic castle, etc. It completely spoiled the feeling that we were in a tropical paradise. There was noise from cars on the beach from the adjacent road. The only plus was that it was a beautiful big room.

I loved our stay at this property. I booked it last minute so I got a really good deal. The view of the ocean was amazing. We stayed during May and it wasn’t too busy so it felt really peaceful. The staff were welcoming. Food at the izakaya was really enjoyable. If I come back to Okinawa I would stay here again.
