Overall, the stay was great and convenient. If you're gtg to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, it is a great place to stay. The buffet breakfast was great also 😋

What I liked the most about this hotel was a very good varied breakfast, which was included in the price of the reservation. You could try some local products. I was surprised that the room was very large. We had a very nice view of the sea from the window. I felt really good in this hotel. I would like to go back there

The hotel must be a bit old because there is damage and dirt on the furniture, wallpaper and in the bathroom. Dirt that can no longer be cleaned

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (below 6 yo) had a great time at the hotel. It was conveniently located within the Ocean Expo Park giving us access to the Churaumi Aquarium and other attractions. It was also easy to get to the hotel via the Airport Limousine or Yanbaru 888. The facilities were adequate (coin laundry, microwave, vending machines) and well-maintained rooms. The hotel was very kids friendly with a dedicated play area and a hotel stamping game!

The hotel itself was as close to the Ocean Expo Park and Churaumi Aquarium as physically possible. The Okinawa Airport Shuttle (OAS) bus stop doesn't quite reach the hotel but the YKB888 bus does even though I didn't take it. If taking the OAS, use the bus stop past the hotel (not the aquarium) to save yourself from walking extra. The OAS bus stop is at the entrance to the next hotel and not on the street as Google Map might indicate. Was lucky to get a room on the same level as the lobby (Fl 2) so I didn't have to mess with stairs or elevators but still had an OK view of the ocean. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The free hotel shuttle to other hotel and dining area stops service before 7pm, I think, so if you plan to use it, do so beforehand. Otherwise it is just the convenience store up the street and the restaurant across the street as your only food options. Not even the hotel restaurant is open beyond breakfast. Wish the front desk mentioned they sold discount aquarium tickets during check in. Staff was only moderately helpful in explaining hotel facilities and surrounding area attractions and services. Room wifi is decidedly weak and spotty.

Hotel was conveniently located right next to the aquarium so we could just walk over within 5 minutes after breakfast. Breakfast was also a very good spread, and well facilitated by attentive staff.Staff were patient and helpful and also tried to explain things when I asked questions. There's a Lawsons right next door if you need snacks. Room waa clean and had a great view

Decor is a little dated but that's not critical.

The property location is very close to Churaumi Aquarium. (2-3 mins) Our room is one the first floor and very near swimming pool. It’s so nice. The bed is good. The amenities are at the front. Our staff that checked us in can barely speak English. But that okay, the check-in and check-out process is quite simple and fast. By the way, i saw one of the staff made a curious (with one eyebrow lifted) to one of our family. And that’s quite unusual to me. (I forgot to take picture of our room but it’s similar to hotel pictures)

Hotel is well located. Very close to convenience store, Bise Fukugi, Churaumi aquarium and exclusive access to Emerald beach. At reception, you can get cheaper tickets to the aquarium. Staff was so attentive, helpful and polite. They helped us many times and even made restaurant reservation for us. There is a shuttle bus to bring the hotel guests to the other "sister" hotel and shopping area. Many restaurants are available there. Breakfast was very good. Different options every day. Food was great. Breakfast staff flawless again. Good facilities - small shop around reception, nice pool, washing machines and dryers available with small cost.

No complaints - everything went well.

The location is brilliant, close to the beach and the aquarium, and good views of the sea. Our room was spacious, the toilet had a bath tub and the staff provided us with more towels when needed. We got the room on a discount so it felt like good value overall.

We found the bed and pillows slightly uncomfortable, which was a minor problem. The swimming pool is decent but rather small, and the breakfast was expensive (2,200 yen), though we didn't try it so can't comment on quality.

The view from the hotel was beautiful and it was right next to the aquarium. The staff was kind.

These weren't necessarily a problem for me, but should be listed in the summary. There is no elevator on the grounds so people with disabilities or surgeries be aware, , water bottles are not provided in room (but there is a lawson next door and there is a vending machine on the first floor),, they ask for arrival time on booking.com, but do NOT allow early check-in, check-in only at 3pm

Next to Churaumi Aquarium, and got 10% discounted for tickets when bought from the hotel

As around 90% of guests are families with small childrens, no issue about kids, however since the evening time till sleeping time - there is always running noise from the room above, on both 2 nights we stayed. Understand, and difficult to complain this to the hotel. But this would be useful for guests without kids to consider...
