I love the comfy and spacious room with perfect view. I also enjoy the various menu for breakfast especially on the weekend when they had kids menu. My kids enjoy the facilities, the mini zoom, indoor playground, and of course the pool. Thank you to miss Gisell who welcome us warmly in our suite room.

Unfortunately they had a renovation on 3rd floor so it's kinda disturb the way to the swimming pool. The changing room was also dark and I think they hadn't clean up yet after weekend (I went swimming on monday morning). And the bathroom was somehow had a trouble because it was smell terrible sometimes, but the function was great.

It has all for a family with kids to have a weekend staycation. Good pool, small lakes, afternoon tea with kids snack corner and many activities. It’s close to cafes at Taman Budaya so no need to go out of the complex to find great foods or coffee with great ambience. We stayed for celebrating my husband birthday, they did provide sliced cake for those having birhtday on the day of stay, not after or before. The breakfast’s great if you like local food, not for those fancy for bule style as they dont serve cheese or cold cuts. The staffs tried their best to make our stay memorable, even provide and try extra mile for it, really appreciate.

The owner/investor should pay attention to maintain the building and facilities, with the high rate, and full occupancy, i think it will be easy for the owner to change the broken wallpaper along the hall and curtains in the rooms, or add more people to clean the window to be spotless like any other 4-5 star hotels.

Aston hospitality is good. Breakfast menu is good

We stayed at aston to celebrate my nephew's birthday. During the check in i have informed the staff whether there is complimentary for birthday, They said they will prepare it. Until the D-day, we need to call more than 3 times for the complimentary whether we will receive it or not. Finally they served it when I was angry during the call. We stayed at suite, there are 2 bathroom, one bathroom, the drainase was leaking and the telephone in the room several time not working.

Unfortunately my room is on the 3rd floor, it's near a restaurant and that's good, but it is the same way to go to the gym / indoor playground, its a bit noisy when people pass by, my bad because i forgot to put note when booking to request high floor, also my wife that do check in😂

we love its convenient location, excellent breakfast, and super friendly staff.

the whole building looks old, and a little bit run down. in the first 3-4hours we went to our bedroom, we can hear drilling sound very clear from our room. we were told by the house keeper its the upgrade they do for safety reason. perhaps if the noise can be put into minimum, it will be better. maybe the worker can be equipped with noice cancelling instrument (foam?) whenever / wherever they do work.

The mountain view is refreshing, with small pond with gooses. The location very convenient, walkung distance to taman budaya with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Well the bca building is quite missplace blocking the resort. As a responsible global brand, Aston should be leading for sustainable practices, such as not using water bottle anymore, replace it with refillable water jug and dispenser. The toiletries, please replace with family size container that is not single used. And for toothbrush, please replace it with bamboo, you know why :) Furthermore, renewable energy usage would be splendid, such as solar pv or micro hydro. Thank you for considering our inputs!

Sitting in the villa lounge is inappropriate and constantly moving, and there are no foam backrests for the back (only artificial bamboo), with no carpet. TV is small. There is no heating in the main pool (cold weather). The water in the Jacuzzi is too hot.

I like the facilities, family friendly hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice mountain view from our room.

We stayed during a very busy weekend. But they handled all the guests pretty well, even during the hectic breakfast in the morning. Our kids loved the lake, ducks, mini zoo at the back, children playground (indoor + out door), and also the horse ride. The room was very spacious, well maintained, n really clean. We asked for extra bed. They promised to send it in 10 min, but at the end it was more than an hour. The egg station at the breakfast session has a long queu . Other than that, everything was great

The room is clean with balcony. The breakfast menu is various and they refill immediately even if it is near to closing time.

The hotel, i think, comprise of several building, so you have to take a time to walk to your room. I have to take 3 different lift from parking area to my room at 2 floor.
