Staff is super nice and the manager is accommodating. I was able to check in early which I desperately needed and appreciated not having to wait in the lobby for hours.

There's no pans or tableware in the kitchenette. I didn't ask if you could get some from the desk but the kitchen is still useful the full-sized fridge, ice maker and microwave.

Really friendly staff and nice room. Had to book this hotel last minute because of a flight delay that made me miss my cruise. They accommodated me easily and the room was very comfy/well appointed.

No breakfast which was a bit disappointing but the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Some louder guests for a basketball game or something.

Property was overbooked, but management was able to re-accomodate me in an another nearby hotel. Was difficult at first but excellent outcome.

The beds.

It was hard to get the TV working because you had to be a on specific channel to get service. It would have been nice if someone at the front desk had mentioned that first thing. I also didn't like that you had to buy pots and pans/silverware/cooking utensils in order to use the kitchenette. Who's going to buy that stuff just to lug around while on vacation?

Stayed one night to board a cruise ship. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs.

My room wasn’t ready until 5pm. I was told there were staffing shortages. Room had a kitchenette but absolutely no utensils of any kind. A few basics would have been useful.

The strong smell of weed periodically in the building. Particularly in the common sitting area.
