Great location! Staff...I felt very well taken care of! The property, though older, is maintained well and kept clean. 👍 They didn't hesitate to call me a cab for the ferry/airport and pay for it! Good food options next door at a morning coffee place, and Annabelle's Restaurant/Bar!

Really not much...maybe that there's no elevator. 🤷‍♂️ It's an older building, so I get it. For me, not a problem, but I felt for some of the older people trying to navigate the stairs...

This hotel was in a great location and well maintained. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus.

It was a warm week and the room was quite warm. It was nice that they had to fans in the room to help with the heat. There is no elevator, but the front desk staff did offer to help get the luggage up the stairs. We ate in the hotel restaurant, Annabelles, and that was terrible. It took forever, they messed up all three of our orders (e.g., not taking the bacon out of the wrap and saying that there was no bacon when there was in the twice baked potato), forgot to bring things they said they would bring right back, and the food was not very good. I do not recommend the restaurant at all.

The location of the facility was optimal for all we needed and wanted to do in town. Breakfast was an easy walk around block, entertainment and shopping were right outside the door, and we were able to walk to and from the floatplane services that took us out to the fishing lodge. The hotel also covered the cab ride from the ferry terminal for the airport. This was an excellent choice in the best part of town.

I really liked this hotel. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, and this continued to be the case for my two night stay. The hotel was as close to an original in Ketchikan that you can get. The room and common spaces were exquisitely clean, quite a challenge in a building as old as this. It is located in the center of the action across the street from the waterfront, with easy access to eateries, shops, and with a bus stop right out front. Evenings are quiet, as cruise ships leave by six, streets are rolled up, and sleep is easy.

The hotel didn’t have an elevator, although not unusual in older properties in Alaska, and no first floor rooms. However, it was good to get needed exercise with all the delicious eating options in close proximity.

The hotel was adorable and had lots of character. It was a great location. We were able to walk many places. The staff that welcomed us was friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat. We appreciated the coffee and water available at all times.

It’s a really cool old historical property right in the heart of town. The cab fare too and from the airport ferry is included, nice touch!

The restaurant downstairs was a bit pricey for the quality of the food. Would recommend the Pioneer Cafe around the corner.

We went down for breakfast and we’re told that the staff doesn’t work until 11 AM that won’t work for us and I think we should’ve been warned that we would not be having breakfast so I was definitely not pleased about this

A bit small, but some would say quaint and i did find it suitable for my needs. Eventually the charm of the place got to me so no harm, no foul.

Location was perfect. Beds comfortable. Hotel was clean. Front desk helpful when asked but distracted. Bus stop for free shuttle a few yards down from the hotel.

No elevator. We were on the third floor. The hotel did help us with our bags. Thank you. Note: the rooms started on the second floor which is up 1 1/2 flight of stairs.
