I was really stunned by the experience which was provided to me.The staff members did a commendable or we can say doing excellent stay We arrived at the hotel and we were amazed by the professionalism on display. The front office team (want to mention all the staff who helped us during the whole stay Starting from Deepak Aditya Aman Subham Muskan Abhishek Suraj )- ensured the entire process took less than five minutes Even our late check out was as smooth as one expects from luxury chain hotel Amazing hospitality served by every staff. We spent 2 days in the hotel but were quite impressed Wanted to say thanks to RECEPTION TEAM who made our stay comfortable and perfect We surely choose this hotel for future stay in city and will recommend too.

The hotel location is breathtaking, after a rainy day you feel like you are staying amidst the clouds and at the finest air quality level. A quiet and sober place for a nice outing. The hotel has various activities during hi-tea for entertainment and an amazing view frm the pool. Staff at hotel are courteous and makes you feel like home, Specially the ones you meet at reception who keeps on checking you if everything is going as per expectations specially Aman & Karuna Suraj too who always very cheerfully

I deliberately chose this hotel away from the hustle bustle of city. The property is built in such a way that you can get entertained within the hotel and don't really need to step out. The hotel also organizes in house activities as well as treks which was great. The staff was very proactive and helpful. The food at the hotel was great. Spa services were also excellent with great views of the valley. We loved the trip and would love to come back. A big thank you to the front desk and dining staff as they fulfilled all are requests and went above and beyond!

The Fortune select Forest Hill in Kasauli is an absolute gem. From the moment I stepped foot into the resort, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality by front desk team. The luxurious surroundings and attention to detail in every aspect of the property left me in awe. The dining options were exceptional, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. This was our first visit to the hotel, the approach to the hotel is very invigorating and relieving. The hotel is at the hilltop and has many things to get entertained and enjoy your lively time in the hotel. The food of the property is very very delicious. The staff on the other hand would serve you so well and all of them are very courteous. We were greeted by Varsha & muskan. All our requests were handled very efficiently. THANK YOU !!

The hotel is very beautifully built and maintained. The service is Great. Stay was a pleasant . Nice property over all for family stay. Staff was very friendly as Jasmine & Aanchal . Subham Aman helped us alot Mr. Deepak is on another level in hospitality😇. Baldev Ashish from House keeping were fabulous . Mr. Mohit took care of our breakfast. He was very gentle and kind.

Stunning hotel with touches of luxury everywhere you look.Rooms beautifully furnished and decorated. Attention to detail from housekeeping is second to none. Well equipped gym and relaxing pool area. Staff and general customer service are outstanding. I stay at this hotel a number of times a year for work. It is an oasis of calm, and I always leave feeling privileged to stay here.
