PARKING: free open air private parking area just in front of the building, plus few fence-marked half-covered parking spaces on the opposite side. Useful if you want to set up the motorcycle in the morning and it's raining. CHECK-IN: easy and quick, no time wasted. STAFF: smiling friendly and supporting. WIFI/VPN: works. SIZE: large. CLEAN: very very much! BATHROOM: clean, large enough. QUIET: yes, pretty much. One can sleep with the window open. Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: the accommodation is in the same building of a nice restaurant/bar. Everything else is in a walking distance.

Parking is not lock-closed and I didn't see any camera, but this was not an issue for me as the area looked very safe. Italian accommodation, but no bidet in the bathroom. If you are a purist you might miss it. If it's few nights stop it didn't concern me. Building has some parts that need renovation, but nothing serious and only in the common areas of the hallway. Room was immaculate.

Huge spacious room. Modern and well made furniture. Very comfortable bed. Nice and welcoming sofa. Bathroom with all the services one needs. Parking was easy as well as the checkin-checkout procedures. Nice and kind staff. Good location for Montebello. Everything extremely clean, like rarely is found around! Top! They also wanted to offer some gate-closed private spot in a garden for my motorbike. I didn't take it in the end, since it was just more complicated to have it opened later. Really value for the money in these days.

Parking is private, but open as stated on the description. No breakfast offered: there is a restaurant bar in the building, but doesn't run at breakfast time; what a pity. A kettle is in the room, together with some tea, but no instant coffee was present. My bad I didn't ask in advance the night before. Overall nothing I really disliked, just little details. There was a mistake with the room and the wardrobe was taken by other guests - so I was told. Weird, but anyway, I didn't need it for my one night.
