Although I enjoyed the seclusion, I did not stay longer this time due to difficulties with finding food and transport, presumably in this season. I became quite disconcerting being alone in the property at night as well as in the day. On top of that, the location was not as quiet as it appeared, with raucous students partying all night long directly behind and a contractor working on my wall from eight in the morning. Worst of all were the extremely loud alarms that went off all night long, accompanied by intermittent powercuts - with nobody to attend. I would love to return when the hotel is fully staffed and serviced. At present it seems undecided as to how fully it is open or not.

It is in a heavenly location and I had a beautiful private terrace all to myself. The gentleman who took care of things was beyond kind. A wonderful interlude of peace and relaxation with a small pool to cool off in. There were also places of interest and pleasant strolls with spectacular views - and even an unexpected sunset terrace bar -all nearby.

I wished the restaurant was open, especially at night as there were no taxis available to bring guests up the very steep hill again after visits down below. However, some very nice wine and a delicious breakfast were available options.

Our junior suite was a wonderful room very spacious, full of charm, clean and quiet Parking was plentiful and free of charge adjacent to the hotel Location is good, a short walk down into the beautiful town of Osuna With some investment and greater staffing levels could be a high quality hotel and worthy of much higher prices

lacks atmosphere and the pool and terraces furniture seemed neglected, it felt like it was going to close down at any moment which is pity because it is almost so perfect

We loved our room (401) - spacious and comfortable, complete with a good-sized terrace for catching the afternoon sun. We've stayed here before and will return. It's a lovely hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful architecture and has fabulous views and sunsets from the large main terrace. It's a very unique location.

There's nothing about this hotel we don't like, except the number of unfavourable reviews it has been given! Perhaps it's more to do with the attitude of the guests towards the staff than the staff themselves? No, some don't speak a lot of English - but why should they? We found all staff very pleasant and helpful and were always met with a smile. Yes, the service may be slower at the moment than some would like, but lots of places are suffering from staff shortages. Be nice to people and I'm certain you'll find they're nice in return!!! When you're on holiday, is there really any rush to get things done? This is Spain and it's all part of the experience - embrace it rather than complain about it!!!!

Great value for money. Awesome scenery and surroundings. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the cleaning lady. Plenty of free parking in front of property. Everything was great. Highly recommendable !!!

Very quiet, swimming pool was lovely.

Didn’t get the email re accessing the hotel and room using a key pad code until late on the day as we had data roaming issues. Meant we had to spend the afternoon wondering why no one answered the doorbell or hotel telephone number!

The staff were amazing and so patient with our fumbled Spanish. One of the staff spoke fluent English, which helped when we couldn't think of how to say something. They were incredibly accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Can't wait to come back in the spring when the pool and restaurant are open. The location was amazing.

This is a hidden gem. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The building is charming and located only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Great value for money.

Beautiful building and courtyard in the historic part of town. Perched high, the views are also very good. We were pleasantly surprised given the low price of the accommodation.

Great localisation in the highest point of Osuna, next door to Colegiata and Antigua Universidad. The old cantera was walking distance as well. Short walk down the hill to the center to see marvelous Calle Sevilla and San Pedro. Great views from the the terrace. Next to the University vast car parking. We had a lovely room with the terrace overlooking the hotels terrace with the pool. Very comfortable beds and large bathroom. Heating, we needed it in November, worked great. Very helpful gentelman in the reception, doing his best to sort out any issue we had. Unfortunatly due to Covid the restaurant wasn't opened but we could have breakfast every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
