Spacious room with two balconies, quite clean. The furniture is not old, everything looks very decent. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Upon arrival, the owners left us a bottle of water and a few capsules for the coffee machine. The Wi-Fi was excellent! We could watch movies without a worry :) We really appreciated having an elevator! That was great. Two air conditioners in the apartment saved us from the 40-degree heat!

I didn’t really like that the room design did not include closing doors to the bedroom. I was with my child, and since I wake up early and go to bed late, it was uncomfortable for her to fall asleep because the light from the kitchen completely illuminated the sleeping area. Also, our room did not have a full-length mirror. And of course, what I disliked the most was the color of the curtains. They were a harsh, bright green, and I suffered from this color the entire week. Please choose more neutral shades 🙏 The pool is very small and shallow. Not suitable for adults.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, and assisted us when we had difficulty getting codes to the apartment (I forgot to check in beforehand, and was worried we would be locked out). The room itself was very clean, and contains basic cooking equipment.

The shower had no curtain or divider, so the water would just slowly flood the bathroom floor, which did not appear to have a drain. The bathroom itself also had no windows or ventillation, so everything was just constantly moist in there.

Modern bright apartments. The kitchenette is only really suitable for making breakfast and some sandwiches for lunch. Dolce gusto coffee maker and UK style electric kettle. Bed was extremely comfortable and a superking. I would stay here again but it is noisy as most Spanish apartments are due to the high ceilings and tiled floors. The pool wasn’t open but it is small and very very shallow

We had a very quiet room, situated at the back of the building which was excellent, it was peaceful. Just as we needed it to be. Room 11 is excellent for us, hopefully we can book this room again on our next visit. The apartments are very well furnished, all is very useful, and excellent coffee caps too! Also the location ofcourse is right in the centre. So plenty to do and see. The aptm. Are very cold in the winter, but the heating is luckily on when you arrive.

The only little, or annoying problem is the shower, the whole bathroom gets soaking wet as the shower glass is too small.

it was clean, big shower with hot water. It looked relatively new. there is an elevator. It looks exactly has shown on the add. They give a free big bottle of water.

it was freezing cold in the apartment and no way to put more heat. The heat was set up and locked at 10ºC (50ºF). The door of the balcony couldn't be locked but at least I was on the 2nd floor.

Outstanding superior apartments with everything you could think of needing catered for . Even washing up liquid provided! We had a ground floor apartment for elderly father and an upstairs pool view balcony apartment above father's room for us. We could have lived there! Clean and beautifully presented.

We couldn’t stay longer!

Central location. There was some traffic noise as we were the front of the building but this did not really disturb us. We did not use the pool or the sun loungers. There was also a washing machine and dryer on the second floor avaialble for use. Close enough to walk to La Laguna, where there are Flamingoes, when the water levels are right. There are boardwalks to a hide alongisde the road.

There was only a small handbursh and pan to sweep up crumbs from the floor, otherwise a very comfortable base for our holiday. Bars around the square were not all open all the time for food and drink, but information available on line, but they did not always follow the information given. However it was early in the season.

An excellent studio apartment with clean modern and efficient fittings and furnishings. Well equipped in all regards. The small balcony was a bonus and the location ,just a few minutes from bars and restaurants, mmm it easy for us.

Absolutely nothing!

The location was perfect for us. We were attending birthday celebrations in Fuenta De Piedra. The interior was perfectly equipped and suited us perfectly. Clean and tidy.

We had to go out to buy toilet rolls - maybe some could be left in the apartment. One thing could be leaving a few teabags/coffee sachets and a small milk for when you arrive. No really anything to complain about at all but more toilet rolls and tea/coffee facilities would be an added bonus.

The property was perfect. Clean bright and had beautiful views from our balcony. It was also really quiet. We went out without our key twice I messaged our contact both times and he came within 5 mins and was so helpful.
