This hotel was very walkable to downtown. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the washer in our room, and they allowed us to use a washer in the unoccupied room next door. The lobby has free books to take and browse, like a little library. The suite was great with a full kitchen and our own washer/dryer in our room. There is a great grocery store only 5-10 minute walk away. Wonderful place to stay in Juneau. A bit retro, but very friendly and homey. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was quick and professional.

Honestly, I have no complaints.

We love the location and the views. Also, the room was very clean and laid out in a way that worked for our traveling style. We liked having a separate bedroom and a whole kitchen. Also, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful to us.

The only thing that didn’t work for us was staff was unable to pick us up from the ferry terminal at midnight. 24 hour shuttle service would work for a lot more people I think.

We enjoyed all the amenities in the room, including kitchen and washer and dryer unit. Very spacious and comfortable overall. Really had no complaints.

The drink vending machine was not working and the location is very functional being on the edge of town but not much is immediately close to the hotel. However nothing was really an issue and if we return to Juneau I did not see any hotel that looked preferable.

Everything works very well. There is staff available all the time, and the free shuttle to the airport works very well. The neighborhood looked first slightly industrial and out of the center, but soon it appeared that there is lovely residential area near and the best and only proper supermarket, too. It is also far away from the cruising boats and cruising turists which is quite positive.

The hotel, especially the corner suite on the 3rd floor was excellent. Great to have a full kitchen (and a Foodland in easy walking distance). Full laundry in kitchen fabulous and vey efficient.

Although an easy and pleasant walk into town along the boardwalk, including the fabulous whale sculpture, it was a little further removed than anticipated, especially in the rain. Completely doable but a surprise.

The sutie had what we needed to be comfortable for a 10 day visit. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Kitchen are was ample though bring your own knives if you really intend to cook.

The single-pane windows - VERY COMMON in Juneau - meant it was colder sitting near the walls and did let in more traffic noise.

Room was clean and expansive will all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Great that the room included a washer-dryer. Staff were pleasant and the location was great. I had a lovely view overlooking the bay. There was also parking available free of charge.

Hotel was a little dated, and it would be great to have some on-site breakfast/bar facilities with only vending machines available.

The room was great! Having a separate bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for our week long stay. Super clean. Friendly staff who were always willing to help. The washer/dryer was a life saver! Location was great, very close to bus stops and a 10 minute walk from downtown.

A dining room table would have been awesome. We had no use for a desk but a table instead would have made it more comfy for eating.

The place was clean. It was nice having a full kitchen. It was within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable place to come back to after an eventful day of sightseeing and hiking.

It was somewhat dated. Our couch had seen better days. The springs were worn leaving you stressed to get out of it. It's a wood structure so you can hear the floor above you. That's not a good thing when young children are running around constantly. Next time we'll ask for top floor to alleviate this.

staff was amazing. everyone was super nice and accommodating. spacious room with full kitchen and laundry, separate bedroom. we loved the space and the view of the whale sculpture, totem poles, and glimpse of waterfront. basic budget quality construction and furnishings, very well cleaned before checkin.

the bed was a bit bouncy and getting old, sagging in the middle. overall we were comfortable and would definitely stay again but would appreciate a better mattress in the future. also the couch was not very comfy and didn’t have pillows.
