Everything was superclean. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are big and spacious. The parking is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi is great. The swimming pool is great. Breakfast is quite plentiful and very nice. The rooms area is quite quiet, so one con sleep nicely. I recommend it and would come again.

The gym could be more equipped (for now there are only cardio appliances; some weights and one or two multi appliances would be great and much better). The dining hall/restaurant is actually the banquette hall, so one sits and feels like he/she just came after the wedding has ended. :D (it is very clean and breakfast is great, but I personally like it more cozy and familiar).

Beautiful setting near the park and dining by the park. The dining area was lovely and breakfast was superb. Dining staff are very professional.

Strange smoking policy. Our room was nonsmoking but just below us was a balcony where it was allowed to smoke - we had to close our window daily to make sure the smoke didn’t enter our room. We asked for a shirt to be washed but it wasn’t cleaned ( we weren’t charged).

Fantastic location in the Kurpark itself.... right in the middle of this lovely town. Good breakfast, Large room, though ours did not have much of a view. Friendly and accomodating staff.

No accommodation for an early check in. The hotel did not appear to be at all full and we arrived only an hour before the published check in time. It would have been a small cost free gesture that would have influenced where we stay the next time.

The location was really fantastic. I could see the city with a hill view in the morning which was breathtaking. The hotel has a very nice garden with a fountain in the centre. It looks really majestic. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was really nice and cordial and ensured that my every need is catered to.

Upon our arrival, the front office staff were both helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and the accommodation, in our case a Comfort Double in House 2 with no balcony but a really pleasant view to the east, was really comfortable and all we needed for our short summer stay. The hotel has a good kitchen with excellent wait staff; buffet breakfast was really very good. Parking (at a reasonable 7€ per day) is onsite and well facilitated by reception staff.

Nothing to really gripe about, although the small unsupervised spa facility is a bit ‘half baked’. It is kept very clean and has a small indoor ‘plunge’ pool … not for swimming. Unfortunately, it was too warm, therefore not refreshing. Good saunas but no steam room (Dampfraum). Good space for relaxation if not too many people there; but not a facility for the ‘serious sauna set’!

The hotel was well situated for the Christmas markets / restaurant/ shops that where within metres on the door. The house keeping lady that came to our room was lovely, tried really hard to talk to us with very limited English.

I paid through booking.com for breakfast @ £15PP including children. Breakfast direct with hotel is only £7.50 for children. Book when you arrive.

the rooms are warm in the summer, there is no airco. but a ventilator is provided.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, great location , walking distance to park, restaurants and shopping Parking .... well that was the only problem. Very few parking spaces and definitely not for large vehicles

Ideal location in the center of Bad Dürkheim, convenient room, nice wellness area, great service. Overall great stay.
