The view in Reception out to the terrace, pool and beach is exquisite. The room size and view and terrace also very good. QR code for ordering in the room was excellent and room service was timely and friendly. Can't fault any of the staff I encountered. Full size mirror in the bedroom that could be moved, also very useful.

Really do not understand why the on the wall hairdryers are still being used. No woman would request a hairdryer like that in a hotel room and for the price being paid, I would expect a good quality hairdryer not a box on the wall with a tube resembling a hoover! Also, although an iron and ironing board were delivered to the room within minutes of requesting, surely for a hotel popular with conferences, an iron and ironing board should be provided in every room?

The terrace area and cafe overlooking the sea; the room with sea view and balcony; the super-size bathroom. The valet parking service. The walk along the coast to La Napoule port and it's nice restaurants, especially Le Boucanier; the charm of Mandelieu; proximity to Cannes and lunch in Scalini.

The poor start: queues for check-in; the initial room allocation (changed after a lot of hassle); limited room service menu (but possibility to order from the restaurant downstairs.

This hotel is perfect for a week away with the family. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, beautiful views & an incredibly clean and comfortable room make the Pullman one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The short walk to the harbour and a bunch of lovely little restaurants is ideal, and you’re only a short drive from the centre of Cannes. I can’t fault this hotel!

If I had to say something, it would just be the price of food / drink. But it is the south of France, so everywhere is expensive.

The best possible location with direct sea access, convenient transportation and yet away from all the traffic and crowds. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are very spacious, light and clean. Very good breakfast. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Worth spending on rooms with a view. Overall, great value for money at Cote d’Azure.

Hard to say if it is a disadvantage or a benefit, but a private jet airport is nearby, and in busy times you hear the planes departing/arriving

The manager and Ema (front desk) kindly upgraded our room to an upper floor, full sea view, in recognition that we were celebrating our birthdays. This was a wonderful surprise. William (in the restaurant) was very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Our room had a great view, was a good size, with a great big bed and had good bathroom facilities too. We loved the fact we could experience a beautiful sunrise directly from our room too. All very romantic and special.

There was a slight sound of the lifts in our room but it didn't disturb us.

The Front Office Manager changed our room - as the room provided did not meet the specification of the room booked with Booking.com. He could not have been more helpful, and we nearly ended up with the Room we had paid for! Breakfast was excellent, The main restaurant was poor - compared with outside nearby restaurants, and the Casino Restaurant was dire! The pool and beach front were both excellent - with easy access and on site showers.

Booking.com sold us a room with a terrace and balcony. No such room exists in the hotel. We bought a Superior Room with Terrace. Again, no such room exists - and only 24 rooms that overlook the beach and the pool, offer both a shower and a bath. None of these rooms are Superior rooms. The Manager kindly upgraded us to one of these 24 rooms, so that we had everything as quoted in your booking confirmation - except a Terrace. We just had a normal balcony, which was fine. My question: why did Booking.com quote us for a room with a Terrace, overlooking the pool/beach, when no such room exists - according to the hotel Management? A "poor show" by booking.com. - if you advertise something, you should be able to deliver what was on offer - and paid for.

The pool and beach were really nice and the staff there were really nice and helpful. The valet staff are exceptional. The view from our balcony room was amazing. We also liked having the Casino in the Hotel for a bit of fun.

The Breakfast is not relaxing and if you get there after 10am there is very little hot food available. If they are going to charge for breakfast they should provide enough food for everyone. The staff were run off their feet. The main restaurant is expensive and we ordered a whole fish for 2 people for 165 Euro. It came out 45 mins later and while our sides of fries were cold they were taking photos of our fish before serving it to us. When asked what they were doing we were told it was for the Hotel. We were paying for the fish to eat not to have it photographed and getting cold.dissappointing and we did not go back there.

Lovely space with all accessible amenities.

Was no soap in the room for 2 nights despite contacting room service but they had very nice shampoo and conditioner. We were unable to obtain milk beyond two tiny pots that come with the room (about 1 teaspoon worth) and had were unable to buy milk from room service. As there were no close-by local shops within walkable distance (important to note for people with disability) we ended up spending 11 euros on coffee and were able to request milk on the side with this.

Great options.

The music blasting from 2pm to 5pm 3 days in a row until departure ruined the tranquility. The clear glass screen beside the entrance to the pool - there are no markings on it and in the bright sunshine my daughter tan full speed in to it cracking her toe nail, bumping and bruising her face. (First aid were quick to attend) the price of the sun loungers £90 per day for 2 was the cheapest, was quite expensive.
