The location was amazing, tucked away in a beachside village, with some quiet and tranquility when you need it, and a 3 min walk to the main square for excitement. The hosts were amazing, especially with our little ones. Breakfast every morning was fresh and incredibly delicious, beats all the other hotels we stayed at even. The view from the terrace was spectacular, and bonus every day was having a nice drink at sunset overlooking the ocean. We also got the whole top floor to ourselves and it was ample privacy, felt like home. The mini-fridge actually worked, unlike all the other hotels we had stayed at during our trip.

We were on the top floor and it is a tricky and windy staircase to get to the top floor, only because we had a suitcase. However, the hosts helped us with that and it wasn't an issue otherwise. Because we were on the top floor, the bedrooms and bath up there have slanted walls in line with the roofline, so I would not recommend the top floor for taller people, you will be constantly leaning or tilting your head.

The property is located in the old part of town, so it’s a short walk with suitcases—but we were aware of that and didn’t mind. Once there, we were greeted with a lovely view from the bedroom window and a warm welcome from the owners, who were very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and eat. We stayed just before the holiday season began, which worked perfectly for us—plenty of parking and no need to book ahead for meals. All in all, a great couple of days in a beautiful spot.

The room was very spacious and had a little terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The whole B&B is decorated with lots of taste - we loved it! The location is great, it is in the old part of this charming town. There is a parking just 5min walk and a belvedere 6m away ;). The owners are extremely friendly. We felt like being at the relatives :). We were also given some tips about the surroundings. Breakfast was just amazing and to everyone's taste: salty and sweet. I recommend the place and would book there again if I am around.

We visited this hotel during the off-season, and the city was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. We were the only guests at the time, which added to the serene atmosphere. The house owner welcomed us warmly and ensured we were well cared for. They prepared nice breakfasts and coffee just for us every morning. What really stood out was the cozy, homelike atmosphere—it felt more like staying with friends than in a typical hotel. We loved it!

The owners are incredibly nice, it really feels like you are at home rather than at a B&B, they were super helpful, plus the breakfast is amazing, all delicious homemade pastries, fruit and typical products We’ll definitely try to come back!!

Beautiful family apartment in the pedestrian old town of San Nikola. Free parking lot at 150meters. Don’t miss the Fa-Tu pizzeria, just a few steps away, with the bestp panorama of the bay. Very kind and helpful hosts, they offered the best ever breakfast we had over the years in Mid and South Italy. Thank you!

Antonietta and her sons Diego and Francesco have worked hard to create a beautiful guest house.  We found street parking pretty easily at the edge of the pedestrian zone and had no problem walking the few minutes to the Casa.  We had fun walking around the historic center in the evening and the next day we had an incredible time swimming to Arco Magno and kayaking out to the grottos of Isola di Dino.  No wonder people speak with such love for this town!

The owners were friendly and went the extra mile for us. Antonietta made us amazing breakfast every morning. They recommended great places to see and good restaurants. The place is clean and has the best view in town.

Really good breakfast, quiet neighborhood, sheltered parking, clean.

The acces to the beach was trough another’s properties and they may close it in the evening.
